Panda Express — Restaurant in Bakersfield

After placing an order online, we walked in and waited at the pick up line. We were both greeted, made eye contact with the cashier, and left to wait at the pick up line. She finished with one customer and continued to help the next ordering. About 3 orders later, we realized they were not going to give us the pick up order so we got in the ordering line. I was then also ignored by another employee working the line. We made eye contact with her and she skipped us to the next customer. I asked to speak to manager, Javier, and I clearly see why the lack of customer service is a problem. A half apology stating “they probably did not see you. They are busy”. I did an online order for $70 and went to pick it up and the manager was very rude. I had to show them the panda app about 4 to 5 times plus prove that the funds were deducted out if my bank. They kept asking me to show then my bank app and the panda app because my order did not show up on their end. I proved that my order was successful and that the funds were deducted from my bank account, but the manager kept giving me nasty looks. An employee stated that the manager did not believe me, but she did. I usually go to that restaurant once a week, but not anymore. serving portions are very small, you dont really get what you pay for . if your going in very hungry this place sucks because it doesn't fill you up and your still hungry after eating your food because they serve so little, they dont fill up the plate good, the plate barley weighs anything, all they care about is money and they dont serve good.
