Rainbow Donuts — Restaurant in Bakersfield

Today i went in with my sister and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, 3 donuts, a juice and an iced coffee. The owner of the shop served us and prepared our sandwiches. We payed $21.95. As im driving off and eating my sandwich I notice this HUGE fly inside my egg. Immediately I drove back to the shop and my sister went in with all the things we purchased. She told her we were grossed out and we just didn't want any of the food anymore and that we needed our money back. My sister comes back out to the car with only $5.25. I asked her where the rest of the money was and she said the lady would not give her the money back for the rest of the food we returned. So I went in and I told her that I needed all the money back. She refused and said she was closing the store. I asked her multiple times until I finally said I was going to call the health department. As soon as I said that she went behind the counter and refunded every penny. Mind you, me or my sister didn't get loud or aggressive at any point. The part that bothers me the most is that if something like this happens, just return the money back to the customer. ESPECIALLY if were bringing back all the food. This donut shop is underrated! They have great tasting breakfast sandwiches and their donuts are great! They also have a variety of smoothies to choose from my favorites are chai tea and the Taro tea smoothies. They do charge extra for boba but if you don’t like it then simply don’t get it. Bad customer service they messed up and when you come back and claim ,they treat ppl like punk , They give me an incomplete order of donuts. when you call back they dont answer the lady she got mad when I claimed my order was incomplete and she just tossed the missing donut on the counter top, I think if they don't have patience to deal custumer they should open a business and also the employee(cashier ) hast the same attitude...
