The #1 is A1 but the obese Mexican lady who worked the drive through is very very rude! From the start of ordering not seeing her face, I asked for a number one and she said with which drink, I said can you put no onions please? She was like WITH WHAT DRINK MAM?! In a really rude voice. So I told her. & then I was done with my order I moved forward and just trying to get my order because I really had no energy to beef with her, I had a very long day that day I was just trying to eat at one of my fav burger spots, and she handed me my stuff, I asked her for ranch and she handed my drink, as she handed it over I was giving her 50 cents and we accidentally handed it to each other at the same time, lol so I set it on the counter and got my drink from her & continued to sit back in my car & she said something I didn’t hear, I was like what? She said “are you okay” I was very confused and just started at her I had a brain fart, lol. Then started understanding what she was talking about.. and I answered yes why? O; (very confused) she was like you through the money at me, I was like No I didn’t ? She was like yes you did! I was like I set it down on the counter because you were handing me my drink ??? She was like yes you are having a attitude. I was like I’m not ?? She was like no YOU ARE! Note: im a very very pretty girl and im so sweet, im a Cancer, so just know I treat everyone with respect and kindness! Always! I don’t know what was this lady’s problem with me but she was obviously jealous that she was obsese and honestly not attractive at all! But anyways she was literally arguing like a kid I finally said plz just give me my ranch Mam. She like like “No” in a kid voice like in a real jealous way, I could not believe it . I got very mad I was like dude give me the ranch I paid for, she was like no. I was like Mam give me my ranch plz I need it for my meal today! She was like no. Omg this lady needs to be fired! She is very very rude!!! She doesn’t smile she’s horribly mean from the get! She needs to be fired honestly ! It made me furious! I seriously wanted to beat the hell out of her! She was just laughing at me, closed the door and opened it again and said byeeee! With a smile on her face! I put this on my mom on my beautiful life no crossies count! I put this on my dead grandma I am telling the truth! I was not rude at all! If I’m lying God plz UNALIVE me! I swear on my life ! Everything I stated right now is nothing but the truth, right hand in the Bible. dude this experience was awful and since this day two weeks ago I tell everyone plz don’t go there! They promise me they won’t but who knows, the burgers are very convincing! Shi I might even go back! Lol but what I can say is the Arabs that work there are very very nice! Very respectful and make you feel at home! They sometimes let me get away with not charging me for ranch. I’m sorry I HAVE TO HAVE RANCH WITH MY FRIES!!! Lol . I’m sorry to the people that work there and aren’t rude like her but if you guys fire her, I’d be gladly to take her spot! About twenty years ago, I ate at the Niles Street Pop's a lot, because I lived around the corner from there at the time and it was also FREAKING DELICIOUS, I remember the Pops taco and burger were the bomb.... I do not care for the Baker street location. The menu in the wall by the ordering window inside is full of price errors, and I do not think the owner (he actually was the one who took my order the other day) cares about false advertising laws. The place is in a speedy neighborhood, but it doesn't mean it has to also be seedy inside, but it's is... All the food they serve, and there was a tually a CHEETO under the table next to ours on the floor. The chili cheese fries were pretty good, but overall it was way overpriced. I got two fried burritos, small chili cheese fries, a half and half cone, and large Dr Pepper, it was almost 20 bucks. So, I will not be eating...

I've been coming to this establishment for years and absolutely love the shrimp dinner. Tonight I ordered it and the new girl in the drive thru window is a hot mess. She refused my request for salad dressing with my meal and said they don't give dressing with the salad which made no sense nor have I ever not had the meal come with dressing and then argued with me over it with 3 cars behind me smh . Then when I get home with no dressing and highly frustrated my toast wasn't toasted and was just regular sliced bread COLD. The entire incident made not want to return.
