Worst experience of our lives! We sat outside and sat there literally for at least 25 min with not even a glass of water, we had to go ask eventually to be served. The waitress brought a pitcher of beer and spilled it on our table, She didn't bring napkins or silverware So she went back and grabbed the dispenser of napkins and plotted it on the table next to the spill and left again without taking orders or cleaning up her mess. It took another 20 min to get our order taken and I ordered ravioli with alfredo ands when food arrive a long while later it was ravioli and It was marinara not alfredo. They Returned the plate to the kitchen to correct the situation and by the time people we're done eating I got my food. They never came back to ask if we needed boxes, refills, etc......or to give us the bill. I had to walk up to the bar to order a drink and get our check that was $95.00 for a small pizza, a calzone, ravioli and a spilt pitcher of beer, oh and the worst service known to mankind! The waitress had black lines painted on her face and it was not Halloween. There were 10 plus workers on duty and only a few tables and no excuse for the customer service. Worst waitress in the world and service was by far the worst. I had to get back up to go inside to pay and stood at bar forever while several people walked past me saying nothing ands our waitress appeared to be sitting at the table and off the clock maybe but stared right at me send didn't offer to run our card, nothing, just ignored her customers waiting there. I'll never return to this craphole and I'll be telling everyone i know not to eat here and why. A bunch of careless children with painted faces running this business and charging a small fortune for nothing but a miserable experience. Don't eat here...

4 out of my last 4 visits, they have either lost or forgotten my order completely. On top of that, nobody ever seems to care. Update: after 19 hours, I was finally able to obtain the pizza I paid for. Allow me to take you through this incredible journey... -I arrived at the confirmed time specified for pickup. -I was told our order was delayed by 7 minutes. -After 2.5 hours, and 3 "lost" pizzas, I gave them my phone number to call when it was ready. I eventually gave up and got some fast food. Never recieved a phone call. DAY TWO -I called in the morning and finally got through to someone to explain my plight. The lady was unable to write down my confirmation number, and I was instead instructed to text the manager on her personal cellphone, a screenshot of my confirmation, as well as my home address. -1 hour of texts and calls invested so far on day two, with not much hope of ever receiving my food. -Eventually they agreed to replace my nonexistent pizza, and waive the delivery fee. Woo hoo? -3pm the day after my order, I finally recieved my pizza. Kind of cold, and thrown together. -Ultimately, manager did not ask me what happened. She did make sure that I knew the blame should be placed on the "kitchen manager", and that she herself was not there the previous day (The employee working at the store told me otherwise). Honestly, I could go on and on about all the nonsense that transpired, but I believe it's safe to say that their process is not just a broken one. Instead, their operation is more of a raging dumpster fire, fanned by the carelessness and ineptitude of management, and...

Whenever I have the craving for some good pasta & shrimp 🍤 I come here. Shrimp is always plump & juicy & pasta is delicious. The salads are delicious & they gave us plenty of bread & always refilled our drinks for us when we got low. We had a wonderful experience yet again. Service was nice & friendly & our waitress checked in on us 3 times to make sure everything was good with our food ..drinks .. appetizers. This is a nice quiet little place to eat where you can just pop in anytime for some really delicious food. I've eaten the pepperoni pizza 🍕 😋 & it's delicious everytime. Garlic bread is yummy as well. I've also had their canoli for dessert that has chocolate chips on both ends embedded into the cream. The pastry is nice & crispy & light. I've also had their spaghetti 🍝 as well & it never has disappointed me. Delicious ..every bite. The prices are fair & worth it because everything I have had here was pretty great. I love that I don't have to drive all the way to the Olive Garden when I want some quick pasta lol.. I can get it here close to home 🏡. I love the location because it's just a heartbeat away from my house. There is a very convenient handicap ♿️ parking space right in front of Little slice of Italy 🇮🇹 & I've been lucky enough to get that spot everytime I come here. So I don't even have to walk far at all to get inside. It's a great little spot to eat & their menu is has lots of delicious items & desserts.
