Bring back jeff!! After he left and there was new management, this location completely sucks! I go there constantly since it is close to home and omw to work. Everyday is something different baristas are argumentative with customers, one day you'll get a smile the next visit you'll get a sloppy drink. Next day after that, by the time you get to the window the drink is watered down. Under jeffs supervision, I left happy everyday and he greated me personally by name every morning. Even remembered I just had a baby and asked how "the little one is doing". Not saying it's barista responsibility to do the same but customer service is not for everyone! I would have given less then 1 star if possible, I ordered my coffee today morning. It took them 20 minutes just to serve 1 customer ahead of me only has one coffee and two sandwiches. And there’s only one lady who’s working on the coffee I mean you can just increase the staff or take orders so that she can manage. I paid for my coffee and didn’t get it for like 20 minutes and I had to leave to work so I had to leave without coffee. I don’t know if they hired someone new and they are learning but the last couple times I’ve bought from here my drinks are not being made properly. I order with the mobile app and I customize my drinks and it is not being followed. The last two times I ordered they did not add my whipped cream. Once my coffee had what looked like bread chunks? I ordered a drink for my friend, put to substitute the milk for almond milk, and they did not use almond milk because my friend was ill after!
