Haywoods is open 7 days a week! They have incredible daily specials, kareokee and bands on Friday nights, theme nights, cigar nights, fireworks etc. You can enjoy our beautiful deck and patio (we have the best outdoor seating in the area) the staff is friendly and truly care about their guests. Can't forget about golf! I hear it's the best course in Clinton County! You can make reservations for small or large parties, we have catering available and a beautiful banquet hall for private events! We can accommodate any of your party needs 🙃 I recommend requesting Cierra, she's pretty cool 😎

It was may favorite place to eat at one time. I still enjoy going there eating, and having a drink or so. There is my inconsistencies in the food. Sometimes my food is great and sometimes it is not. Drinks are different in taste depending on Who makes it. The restaurants location is amazing. Outside seating in the nice weather is a plus. They updated the woman's bathroom which was desperately needed. So I was going to give it a 3 but decided a 4 since they updated the bathroom. I will go back again for food and update my review based on their food next time.

Food was good. Place was very loud. We ordered the linguine Alfredo which was supposed to come with chicken or shrimp. We ordered it without the protein because the person eating it just wanted the noodles. It was supposed to come with salad and bread and we never got them. So basically we paid $16 for 1/4 lb of noodles and some Alfredo sauce. I'm also not a believer in an upcharge for using a debit or credit card. I understand there is merchant fees but $3 + dollars is outrageous. Ruined it for me this night.

(Edit

The following review is for the old business and does not apply to the new "9 iron" business here.)

My oh my, where to begin. You know I should preface this by saying that it's such a shame a small town business doesn't care enough about the quality of its product let alone their customers. Let's start with the drinks. Got a blue moon because it was on special and it came with a take home glass. It tasted like water so I sent it back and ordered something else. The waitress said she still had to charge me for the beer I didn't drink but I actually had to ask for my glass that I was forced to pay for. Next was the appetizer. Cheddar cheese balls that were clearly mozzarella and not cheddar and fried into oblivion with nothing left on the insides. Got my salad and waitied 5 more minutes after being here for 20 already just to get a set of silverware to eat it with. Surprisingly, the salad was underwhelming. Now onto the entrée. I ordered the Mahi Mahi with rice pilaf. Trust me when I say I've had canned tuna that was better. Way overcooked, the rice was bland and chewy and the "old bay" that was sprinkled all over the plate might as well been red dust from the floor. At the end of our service they had the nerve to charge me for the food I didn't eat and when the manager exclaimed that if this was the way I was going to be than not to bother coming back. Little did he know I had no intentions of paying for food I didn't eat nor had I had the notion to return anyways. Such a shame. I guess I'll take my money elsewhere and I suggest everyone do the same. My first and last experience...

Unfortunately after reading a lot of the reviews I have to rate this place a 2/5 stars. I thought the food was excellent but service was absolutely terrible! My husband and I just wanted a nice evening out, our waitress got our food and drinks in a relatively quick manner but when it came to the bill it took about 30 minutes. Finally when the waitress did drop it off (in a hurry) she said she would be right back. After an additional 20 minutes of waiting she never came back so we paid with cash. The bad news is we left a pretty hefty tip because we didn't have any small bills, but really didn't want to wait any longer. It's a shame because the food wasn't bad but maybe the wait staff need more training. Also I didn't know they have an outdoor seating area, but we never got offered we just sat in the bar area. And it wasn't that busy. It's very frustrating when you go to a place and are forgotten about.

My other complaint is there were 2 other waitresses helping their parties in the dinning room as we were completely ignored, they maybe could have stepped in since they saw we were done with our food and sitting for a long time. I probably won't go back, because of the...

Looking for something other than chain restaurants off route 220. Haywood's on the Green. We discovered what seemed like a side road from the main street in Mill Hall .the end of Fairway view dr.Comes to a country club. And a very nice golf course. The restaurant was very busy, for great reasons we were about to find out. Very nice club house front dining room. Their are other formal rooms here as well . The menu has options for even the most choosy diner.and best of extremely creative creations. Pairing homestyle comfort classic for the foodie in you.a separate Pittsburgh sports food themed section on the menu, is extremely a hit. An expanded appetizers section also features on tacos. Flatbreads, salads and more.I recomend the pretzel Jimmys that you can choose several variations Absolutely loved the fun Sunday atmosphere. Definitely will make a point to get here again on my travels anytime I am near lock Haven . I guess I enjoyed the company so much , I didn't get to take many photos... next...
