If I could put 0 stars I would. Terrible from the moment I walked in they were so unorganized and seemed as if no one knew what they were doing. First guy looked lost and was just looking around while trying to take my order then the second guy once he tried rolling the burrito it seemed as if he didn’t know how to roll one just tossing it and flipping it and rubbing the burrito all over the table. Then everything came out the burrito and was on the table with no foil or tortilla. they grab it all and scooped it onto another tortilla which it all looked nasty by that time and even other customers were looking and said it looked gross. Unfortunately I had already paid so I asked if they can just make me a new burrito for I did not want to eat that burrito they kept trying to save. The girl mya then tried giving attitude that they sanitize the counter and i had to tell her again that I want a new burrito. If I hadn’t had already paid I would of walked out. When she made me my new burrito she just took off in the middle and someone else had to help me then when she cane roll the burrito it seemed like she did not know how to either. I swear I wished I was able to hop over and do it myself. I got attitude too asking for my receipt. Overall the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too and really bad customer service. They need to hire better employees and train them better as well. No one should have to deal with all this, the employees should be trained to do their job and have better...
Read moreThis is the “BEST” Chipotle. I order a salad from them about (3-4) times a week. The food is always fresh & taste delicious🤗 Here is where my review gets more personal. The staff & customer service @ this Chipotle is excellent! They are always so kind & friendly & they go above & beyond to make sure that their customers are happy. I usually order an extra side of sour cream on the side every time I order. Last week when I called, I simply forgot. When I received my delivery bag, inside was an extra side of sour cream. They take the extra time to get to know their customers and they remembered that this is something that I always request and like. It’s multiple staff who take h take the extra step to not only get to know you but to make sure that you are happy. Simple things like this mean a lot👍🏼 Today I spoke with one of the staff who again said to me: We will make sure that we put some vinaigrette dressing and extra sour cream in your order. They are so nice😄

Read more13916 Garvey Ave. Baldwin Park, CA 91706 United States The sopose manager I complain to her name was Moraya she said they had a fork and spoon shortage they had forks for people to eat with I bought 2 bowls and 2 drinks with chips literally spend 30 dollars I was goin to get 10 bowls to go for my family but unfortunately they no forks 🍴 to for dining or to go take my family to eat in the car they would had to eat with their fingers . When ordering the food they did not offer a discount or let me know in advance that because of spoon or fork shortage I would eat with my hand this is very inconvenient my daughter had to go next door to Waba Grill to get some forks the manager said she had a shortage was very rude . I’m a customer of chipotle for 6 years I had never faced this problem any other chipotle in Pasadena, arcadia or Glendale only here in Balwin park who ever does the supplies order did not do their job I’m never 👎 coming here I will let my coworkers and family this...
