Lucky Star Burgers — Restaurant in Baldwin Park

If I could give this place no stars I would! My wife and I came here for breakfast. Ordered our food waited for about 10 minutes and still wasn't even given our drinks. I had to interrupt the cashier when she got done with the rest of the customers to ask for them. There was 2 customers here when we got here by now there was about 10. 20-30 minutes later we got out food, both plates had scrambled eggs with no flavor and was rubber they were so over cooked. Pancakes are microwaved and so overcooked I had to saw at them with the butter knife. Sausage was so overcooked it was crunchy thru out. Ham steak was crunchy. Tortillas were crunchy and burnt like an overcooked quesadilla. Napkins smelled. I took 2 bites and threw my wife's and my breakfast out and went someplace else for breakfast. When I complained they just started at me. No apology no offer of refund nothing. Horrible place, horrible food,...

This place has always been open. The people that are reporting this as the burger place that had a fire are adding it to the wrong one. This is Lucky Star Burger on Ramona Blvd. but the one people are talking about is Star Burgers which is located on Badillo St.; not even a mile away. Some of the pictures that are posted here are for the Star Burgers location too. The food/menu is sometimes posted on here as well as the interior of the place. When looking up both places on Google, it can be confusing sometimes because when typing Star Burger(s) in, this is the first location that pops up. With this popping up, most assume that this is the correct and post pictures and reviews to the wrong one.

I have been here before in the past and usually when I order it takes 10-15 minutes at MOST. I go today and they take 36 minutes to make my food and I only ordered one thing which was the zucchinis. I asked the lady how long it was going to take she said 5 minutes more and then I went back in 5 minutes and she gave my order to someone else!! Then I waited which really sucked I asked why they did and they said he claimed it was his. They should really check receipts for something like this I asked the other lady if she called out another order and she said she only called out a cheeseburger.
