Linda's Burger — Restaurant in Baldwin Park

So this is not my first time coming to Linda's and normally I have no issues with any orders I place. Today was quite the opposite though, I ordered 2 cheeseburger combos and when I got home I realized the fries were so soft and tasted undercooked. I checked the burger and it was so cold! The cheese didn't even seem melted all the way. I gave them a call to see what could be done about my order since I had spend almost $30 for the two combos I felt like I deserved to have my food cooked properly. I was instantly told it was my fault the food was cold, that I must live too far and that's why my food wasn't in good shape. I live less than 10 minutes from this place, I hadn't had a issue before with getting the food home before. I wasn't even looking to get a refund just maybe my order remade. But instead the cashier was extremely rude and kept saying it was my fault. I asked her for the managers name and I was told she couldn't give that information. Their burgers on their menus are delicious: the meat is moist and well-cooked; good amount of lettuce and tomato and dressing (sometimes, but few times, edges are a little soggy, just a little). Their zuchinnis are great: 3-4 in in length abruptly, thick, fried to a perfect golden brown but have very little grease, crunchy on outside, soft in the inside, about 12-14 pieces! Good deal of only fries: large 12 inch bag of fries for only $2! Fried onions are well cooked too, but they only come with no more than 10 medium-sized pieces. Their menu is somewhat small: no chilli cheese fries, no breakfast menu, only about 3-4 types of burgers to chose from, no fish sandwiches, about 5 drinks to choose from, no hot drinks. This is the kinda place that that you grew up eating as a kid and it was the best. Now I live in vegas and as an adult when I visit, I still love it!!!!!! I had to stop by and get my usual. It's called a Boston milkshake. I don't know why it's called that and I dont care. They start out by adding the milkshake first (I asked for strawberry) then they add soft serve vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, nuts and a cheery on top. And if you're on a budget you can get 7 cheese burgers with the fixings and four orders of large fries trust me its enough, And seven drinks For $22. If you get a chance check this place out.
