McDonald's — Restaurant in Baldwin Park

If o could give them a zero I would but I can't do !!! Horrible service drove there around 430 pm orderd 4 delux combos medium and a kids meals drove to the second window and they sent us to the parking lot because our wasn't ready and we said no biggie there busy right well no !! The Inside was empty for them to be busy and not take out the orders right and every car that came to order they would send them to the parking lot 30 min later an employee comes out running what's your order I tell him and he hands me the bag he had in his hand to tell can you check it because. Not sure whats in there ... It wasn't my order and when he brought my order my fries were soggy and semi raw like they just dipped them.in the fryer 2 min and took them out horrible Fryies and the burgers they were all a slob the Mayo ketchup and mustard was all slobed there there were no tomatoes o ly one pickle and ONIONS WHEN I SAID NO ONIONS ON ALL 4 BURGERS🤬😡 and to top it off they didn't even offer us any condiments for the fries and I would of Gone back to tell them but at this point we were all annoyed of waiting there for our order that by the time we got home with the disappointment we didn't want to go back to spend another 45 minutes last time I will be buy...

I sometimes eat McDonald's when I have no ideas what kind of food to eat before my dinner time. Today I come with my friends to have some food for our break time, and I don't have good experience for this location. Based on food, one of my Sausage McMuffin tastes a little bit burnt on the bread. Also, I don't like store's environment there because it doesn't give the energy to the customers for buying, and also giving staff a negative customer services. Based on customer services, I do believe there will be at least a staff at the counter but there is no one on that day. (System orders machine are great but not every person know how to use it) The biggest problems here is the staff here hasn't have smile to customers, and I don't feel comfortable and happiness to stay at this place .

Therefore, I know people sometimes think work can be tough everyday but at least keep a positive mind to work.

Whoever is the manager on duty today 5/13/25 at 3pm needs a class in manners. I was in the drive thru and paid for my food at the 1st window. When pulling up to the 2nd window I was asked : What did you order. I repeated my order and was then asked : Did you pay? I said yes, I paid at the 1st window. 10 seconds later, I was asked : Did you pay? Are you sure? Now I know this is a fast food restaurant, but why are you not checking with your own employees or register system? Asking me once is acceptable, but questioning me again and asking if I'm sure? Very rude and unprofessional even for a McDonald's. Someone better teach this women some proper etiquette and i don't know how she's supposed to be setting an example for other workers when she's incapable of even being decently polite to customers.
