DON'T get the monthly coffee subscription. I love the coffee. However, their customer service is giving them one star. After leaving 3 voicemails, 1 message through the "contact" link on their website and 1 letter, over the course of 6 weeks, I have not received a call back or any response. My husband got me the year's worth of coffee subscription for Christmas last year. It's 2 packages of coffee per month. I was so excited because I love their 19 Bold Blend & was looking forward to tasting other options. Almost from the beginning there were issues - they kept sending me light roast, though I said I didn't want light roast & it was noted on my account. Receiving my coffee was very sporadic and I'd get it after calling each month. I have not received any coffee since May! I've asked for a refund of 6 months. Although my coworker got most of the (light roast) coffee I received, I'm OK with paying for that. But they're making money and not providing the coffee. And have not contacted me, after multiple attempts on my part. They need to get a better system for the coffee subscription or stop the service. They also need to work on their customer service. I understand I may not be a restaurant or other business, but my husband did pay nearly $300 for their coffee and I've hardly gotten anything out of it. Still asking for a refund of...
Read moreCalled site eventually spoke with a Dave, I think? I explained how I tried the BEST ever flavor roasted coffee from 1 of his customers in the shady side area. I told him what I thought the blend was and he told me he would look it up and roast me a bag that it would be ready later that day. He did what he said. It smelled wonderful on my hour drive back home & couldn't wait to try it even though I dont drink coffee in the afternoon. It was perfect. Being in the service industry you rarely come across this type of service. THANK YOU 19 COFFEE. As a reminder they are a coffee roaster company selling wholesale. They do sell their coffee and gift boxes on their website. Maybe some day they will have a retail space for walk in? Who knows maybe they will publish their customers that use there coffees so we can patronize them as well? Again thank you 19 COFFEE...Already on my 2nd cup...
Read moreTalked to a guy name David, he said he was making a sample of coffees for us to try. We're opening a business and had our meeting without this coffee? I have emailed them and never heard back!!!!! Why in the world would you say you are making a sample package and want us to try this coffee and never send it. I even said I would drive out and pick it up. This is bad business practice and not good for a small company. So we had to go out and buy coffee from someone else. Our company will be opening early 2020. Side note don't say you will do things and not deliver, if you would have said no then it's no! Not too happy with this...
