Dunkin' — Restaurant in Baltimore

This store either lies about what inventory they ah w or they are under stocked. They also have bait & switch going on. Wanted the happy hour 2.99 medium latte & was told I can’t get matcha with the promotion. It says no “signature lattes” which is not including matcha, so that sign needs to be corrected. A matcha latte isn’t a signature latte. They have whipped cream, drizzle, and occasionally additional toppings. I told the lady that sounds like bait & switch and she didn’t respond. I just went ahead & ordered it, but this is illegal advertisement & I’d hate for the news or legal officials to catch wind of this. You all covered the “1” in 1.99 to make it “2.99” and neglected to write what is actually included in the deal during those customizations to the sign. Regarding the inventory. I came in at 2 pm & the lady told me there’s no more donuts beyond the case (missing several classic donuts). This is extremely bizarre to me because I worked at Dunkin for a good chunk of time and we have never run out of donuts. There’s actually several bags of waste at the end of the night. I didn’t wanna do the whole In know you’re lying because i worked here thing but was annoyed. I then asked “are you guys really slow? It’s only 2 pm when do you close” Hoping she’d give an explanation to why that’s all the donuts they have at 2pm. She just said “it can be slow and we close at 7”…I feel like she lied about those being all the donuts & if she didn’t, then management needs to do better. 5 more hours of business & this is all that’s left? It’s ridiculous that strawberry frosted is gone at 2pm & it’s not busy & all of the donuts you have on hand only for in the display case. Someone has to do better. Not sure if it was the cashier...

This is by far the worst Dunkin location in this area. I placed a mobile order at 8:01am. I arrived at the store to pick up my order at 8:10am. My order was not ready. I patiently waited for the order pick area to clear and asked if my order was ready. Order numbers were being called out behind the counter that were close to my number. The order number were going higher and higher. That's when I realized my order was skipped over. For the second time I called out my order number asking who was making my drink. I saw the pink receipt on the counter with my name and order number. I asked for the third time where was the order. I told one of the six people behind the counter that my order should've been ready for pick up. They kept ignoring me and purposely skipping my order. So many other people were walking in and walking out with their orders. At 8:25am I grabbed my pink receipt from the counter and asked the staff if I need to make my order myself. Just before 8:30am my order was ready. I have never spent this much time picking up an order at any location, even out of town. The whole purpose of mobile orders is to have speedy service because you are in a hurry. If this location cannot fulfill mobile orders then stop accepting them. Remove this location from the Dunkin app since the staff is slow. There's no way this tiny sardine can location can take on both mobile orders and walk-in orders. I will not bother visiting this...

I ordered a medium hot chocolate for my son and a medium hot chai latte for me. I waited for my order patiently. I am mad about the service because the guy who took my order kept taking more orders before even started my drinks. The guy after me was a regular because he called the cashier/ barista by name. After he paid for his drink and donut, he got his order before me. Now how fair is that? I'm a paying customer. I'm being patient yet you work on another customer's order before starting mine? My order is super simple. Steam up milk for both drinks, then put chai mix in 1 cup and chocolate syrup in the other, pour steamed milk in and stir. I won't be coming to this location anymore. Plus seeing the donuts out in the open like they have it really threw me for a loop. It's sitting right by the door so bugs can fly in and land in the donuts and dust and pollen can get on the food as well. It's disgusting.
