Prime Pizza 🍕 — Restaurant in Baltimore

Do NOT order from this place, I repeat do NOT. First of all the food took over an hour to get to me, then the delivery driver (for their store) arrives and he calls upon arrival, I’m speaking to him telling him he’s going to the wrong house as I’m watching him head towards my neighbor’s house, he completely ignores me talking to him on the phone, then I receive the food and he hands me a receipt showing me what “I owe him” even though I had already paid on doordash, the guy had looked drunk and lost and looked as if it was his first day on the job. He then calls his store manager only for him to tell him what I told him🤦🏽‍♂️ then as I’m opening the food I noticed the food was very cold and soggy and I see that I received the wrong food, I had ordered wings and received chicken nuggets and ordered carrot cake and got cheesecake instead, then I proceeded to call the store and tell them about the situation and the manager then picks up and tells me that the delivery guy gave me the wrong food💀 the manager then tells me to close the chicken nuggets and pack it back up for the delivery guy to take to the right customer which is very crazy to me and then tells me that they are going to send me wings which will probably take another hour to come, moral of the story DO NOTTT ORDER FROM THIS...

NEVER CALL THIS PLACE !!! I had the worst experience at this prime pizza store. The person who took the phone order was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I placed an order for delivery and it took over an hour to arrive, despite he said a 20-minute delivery time. When I called to inquire about the delay, the person who answered the phone was dismissive and unapologetic. When the pizza finally arrived after an hour, it was cold and the toppings were completely wrong. I called again to complain and the staff member who answered was even ruder than before, refusing to replace the order or issue a refund. I asked if i can talk to the store manager he never called the manager and he pretended to be one. and never let me talk to the store manager. I will never order from this pizza store again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know to avoid them calling...

Once upon a time I thought that this business had learned its lesson in how to speak, and conduct themselves on the phone with their customers. The character who answered the phone, and took my order was terse, abrasive, rude, and obnoxious. He tried to mansplain to me when I tried to add an item to my order, and after waiting for an hour for delivery, I called, and got the same rude individual who upon asking him where our order was, he replied that we would get it in 10 minutes...MAYBE! When I repeated to him what he had said, he abruptly hung up on me. Too bad the delivery man doesn't own the business, since he seems to be the only nicest, considerate, and kind thing that business has to offer. We will never, ever order anything...
