I've used this location on and off for years. There used to be a really friendly guy named Sunil? but I'm not sure what happened to him. It's been downhill since he left. There was a really rude lady that kept making my order wrong (things like I ordered coffee+cream, no sugar and she would put equal in it). Her name was something like Ama... Can't remember. She had such a nasty attitude and people I know who also went there would make the same comments so it didn't just happen to me. I stopped going for a long time and recently tried again a couple of times. I didn't see the rude lady from before.

However, there was a new rude lady that actually yelled "hurry up" to me at the speaker (no cars were behind me) and then told me to hurry up again at the window and demanded I quickly drive away when I was checking the coffee because what was on the cup wasn't what I ordered. I stopped going again, but it's on my daily drive so every few months or so I check to see if it's better. The donuts are usually dry, unless it's early morning. The last time I went, I didn't see either of the rude ladies, hopefully they're both gone forever. Everyone else has been friendly or regular/professional. This location is...

Food was made to our specifics but the real problem was when we sat down to eat. Dead flies, flies buzzing around, and a small collection of bees in the corner on the same side as the dollar tree. When we first sat down we didn't think to look for these things because we expect a certain standard when it comes to the opportunities of dining in at a restaurant fast food or not, but being allergic to bee stings, it wasn't until I heard the distinct buzzing of bees that made us take a closer look at how neglected this particular. We witnessed a show of indeference when addressing the concern of having hazelnut in a customers drink, not thinking that he could have had a nut allergy. They seem to have a lack of concern for keeping their store clean for their customers, to which they we saw that there was a large amount of a certain demographic that came through during our time here. Maybe it's the location or the demographic they serve are not taken as seriously as they should be, but it's a concerninge none the less. We will...
