Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Baltimore

Just left from this little Caesar’s and just smh. I wasn’t even there for myself, I was there to pick up an order for Postmates (delivery) . So I go up to the counter and I read him the order straight off of the app. After he rang it up, I paid for it and he gave me the receipt (which I have to take a picture of and upload it to the app in order to complete the pickup) so when I get the receipt I notice he rang up the order incorrectly so I politely brought it to his attention. I guess it must have made him feel embarrassed or something cuz he got very rude with me. After trying to tell me I was wrong, I showed him the order on my phone and showed him that what he rang up was not in the order so he says to me “well you ain’t even gotta do all that” and I was just like “what did I do ??” So he rolls his eyes and yells to the person in the back not to add it but never even offered to fix the price difference. Just smh . Truth be told if I had come here for myself, I really just would have made him give a whole refund and took my business elsewhere because that was rude and unnecessary. But instead I just exited quietly and waited in my car until it was done. The cashiers name (according to the receipt) was Kevin C. I was really disappointed with the customer service that i received today it was only 2 people working in there the young man that was ringing up customers was disrespectful didn’t have no customer service skill he look like he was still in school he couldn’t even remember my order he ask me over and over and over what did i order but i guess not because i order my food at 6:50 pm and i didn’t get my pizza into 7:40pm and it was a lady who use the pizza portal and she ordered her food before me and got her food at 7:30 pm lil ceaser supposed to be a fast pace service hot and ready no one should be there for almost a hour for one pizza and then it was multiple People trying to come and place orders but couldn’t because they close at 7:30pm but that posted time say they close at 11:pm i will not go to this one particular lil ceaser aging i will go out my way and i live rite across the street...

I ordered today and had an extra bacon and extra sauce pizza and cheesy bread. There wasn’t any extra bacon on my pizza so I called and asked to have a credit of $2-$5 but Leo informed me that they could not do anything or link me to a manager. He told me to come back and I’m pregnant so this temperature of 102 in Baltimore city is too much for me. I even tried to work with the employee and he had no solutions to provide. He asked why did I take the pizza and o told him that it was bacon so I didn’t know if all of the bacon was beneath the cheese or not but I found out once I got home and ate 2 slices. I don’t think that it was fair for the staff to not have the number or information for a manager since a manager was not on duty during the time I came today 4:40 pm 6/22/24.
