I just had the worst experience ever in the drive - thru and it literally almost made me want to break down and cry! People are so mean and disrespectful and barely have any human decency. I visited my local McDonalds on belair rd (which I do quite often around the same time. I only use mobile ordering. I got off of work and picked my 2 orders up. When approaching the speaker , i told the young lady that i had 2 separate mobile orders and she asked me for the codes. After I gave her each code, she told me to pull to the second window. I then get to the second window and I receive 1/2 order. My second order was a Large Fry. Another young lady tells me that she does not see my order… I pulled out my phone and gave her the second code, showed her the location, that it was paid for - so why does no one see my order? The manager then comes over and starts giving me attitude. She told me it was nothing she can do and that I needed to go around the drive thru again — i asked why if the girl took both of my codes and told me to pull around to the second window. I explained to the manager that I did not want to go back and forth over a french fry and could I just have it for my 2 year old that was screaming for her fries.. Manager proceeds to call the girl over to the window and she says “oh I never seen her” which is correct because she told me to come to the second window. The manager said I had a “drive thru code” and that i needed to give it to cashier when at the window. I gave her both of the codes at the speaker like they ASK you to… I received one order but not the other? How..? So the manager continues to talk over me and tell me that its my fault and that im wrong when HER employee told me to come to the second window.. All of this over fry that I paid for and gave the code for. All i kept asking was can i just get the fry so i can get my daughter home. She said that i was having a bad day and i shouldnt come in her drive thru with that. I was extremely tired and my voice didnt go past a 2! She was being extremely rude and just mean i swear… and at this point, i dont know if they will do anything to my phone so I asked could she make sure my fries weren't tampered with - she proceeded to call me childish and ignorant. And screamed at me “whats the code” i tried to show her on my phone , but she yelled again, what is your code, so i gave them the code for the 10th time. The girl handed me my Large fry through the window, no bag, no gloves, and very rudely! I asked her so i cant have a bag? And just pulled off. If you do not like customer service and do not want to work with people, please do not work in this industry. You have people that spend their hard working money to make sure you have a paycheck and they treat you like crap. All of this over a fry. That i paid for. And gave the code for. In what world does a customer service manager tells the customer that they are wrong and it is their fault? Some one is not training the employees correctly!...
Read moreChristina is a thuggish type lady that seems to hate her job. she's very rude and has anger issues and takes them to work. whomever chose this nasty lady to manage what WAS a very well run McDonalds just four years ago....is hurting their business immensely. I asked her for a simple special order hamburger that I order that way all the time for years.... in three states. she said she understood, but after a 20 minute wait, I got something totally different.. Soooo I politely pointed that out. To my amazement, she refused to fix it and actually said (belligerent defensive tone and all) she 'had done it as I had asked' ( not far off calling me a liar). Clearly not so, and I explained that. When I calmly insisted that it wasn't close to how I had asked, she then got hostile and rude and REFUSED to correct the sandwich and said she would not give me any food, but would be' happy' to refund me ( totally full of sarcasm). I said no, I need to get my lunch before my next appointment. She actually replied in total sarcasm....'no, I'm not going to let you be late for your appointment, so I'm not going to fix your sandwich' . This lady came off evil:).....I felt like I was in some crazy house, not my local lovely McDonalds I have spent probably 20 grand at, in my lifetime...I'm old haha:) This lady, Christina was sick. Her behavior was ridiculous. She was trying as hard as she could to provoke me. I was angry but could do nothing, she was in charge of my food and at that point she was determined to USE my meal and hunger...to be abusive!!! wow. so I just left without refund. I therefore got no food prior to my next appointment ( after being demeaned and lied to and humiliated by a store manager!!) wow wow wow. I had told her I was going to call corporate, and she nearly laughed, saying ' go ahead.' I asked for her name, she said , Christina, but when I asked her last name, she began the belittling and sarcasm again and said, ' she didn't h-a-v-e to tell me that'. ok...so hopefully an owner can tell who this lady is and hopefully they even care. Obviously she doesn't think they care. Who thinks mean, arrogant, awful people are the ones to choose to RUN your business when you are away??? I have owned three small businesses in my life, and this amazes me. I could never hire someone like this, and if I had been fooled initially, they would be gone so fast when I found out they had serious anger issues or are emotionally unstable with the public. McDonalds used to be an all American clean sweet homey great place. Some still are. this place was fantastic about 3-4 years ago. Great management at that time, a thin short sweet older guy and a short sweet classy responsible older lady ran the place. Christina is a street fighter jerk type, bad PR skills, bad communication skills, bad listening skills, a first class mean hearted, grouchy, hateful ,anger issued, dysfunctional mess. save what WAS a great McDonalds! :) but currently...
Read moreIf there was a zero is give it a zero , this is the worst run McDonald's I've ever seen ! The lines in drive though are always backed up . they were selling burgers with no ketchup as the "manager" said they were out of ketchup . BEFORE notifying customers BEFORE they ordered that they had no ketchup . I've gotten shorted items at the drive though . in short go some place else . its awful and has been for a long time . the staff seems to lolly gag and care less . the management is clearly failing at this location . I won't go there anymore it's terrible . what's passing for customer service today is unreal . And getting worse .Lets face it fast food isn't exactly cheap anymore . and when your customer base is turned off by a staff that seems to careless then yeah so do I . I'll spend my money at their competition's establishment . this place never fails to anger me time and time again . And I've been to many . this one is the worst I've Ever seen . Every time I've gone there it's been a hastle . so for me their won't be any more visits to this location . prepare to wait . wait . messed up order . out of supplies . lackadaisical staff and clearly management .
