Piezzetta Pizza Kitchen — Restaurant in Baltimore

Best lamb pizza in town, hands down!! My hubby & I drive allllll the way there just to get their pizza, as you can create your own for the same price & they make it right there infront of you :p They also offer a whole wheat option for your crust & carry different sauces that you can build off of... Now foe other reviewers who may have had a bad experience, I must say that I can certainly relate as sometimes it takes forever to get to your turn in line & some of the employees may be a bit attitudinal & let's not forget the type of crowd that frequents eateries downstairs in that particular casino. The owner of the pizza place is very personable & helpful & things definitely go smoother when he's there... but you know what happens when the cat's away! So IF you're there just to get pizza, it's delish & totally worth it... as for the ambience & experience with the crowd & type of people there, or some of the staff members who clearly don't want to actually do their jobs - well that's a whole...

I will first say that the pizza here is delicious! That being said, the employees are absolutely awful. There is nothing worse than having an enjoyable evening at the casino then heading over to grab a bite to eat and being "greeted" by miserable staff. I asked for the supreme pizza minus the olives. I was told I wasn't allowed to not have the olives. I blankly stared at the employee and then asked for a pizza with everything the supreme pizza has for it's ingredients minus the olives. I was promptly told no and turned away. I was legit refused service because I didn't want olives on my pizza. I even suggested she make the pizza and when it came time to sprinkling the olives on the pizza to just sprinkle the olives in the trash. I was completely ignored. To boot, while leaving with no pizza, another customer told me she was denied extra sauce on the side of her pizza even tho she said she would pay the extra charge. These employees are costing the restaurant money for no other reason...

Love Pizzas@Horcheaper but 1 topping totaled ovrr $×3. Usually order seShoe. Lately. they been out of wheat dough I dont. Like white flour diugh& bread. Last gine, cashier was angry cause I requested to speak to the. Supervisor. or. Mgr. Its pricy but god. I thought 1 topping was "everything I like" for total of $×5.83 ; its worth it only if they have wheat dough so with me they loose money when they dont have proper dough..wheat. I got lam, goat cheese, red onions, roasted t Red peppers, artichokes, olives, on half the pizza & pepperoni& sausage on her half. $25 83 you bet I got all of that look only get half he regular anoint of pizza sauce ; too much is toosalty cause its from a can. Be so much better if they made it like I use to. at aNotre Dame College when I wash the pizza cook there.I am the customer who always ask for behest dough. Oh I get the oil brushed on...
