I ordered via the app around midnight. They were open. The app said they were open. However when I go in to grab it, they say they didn’t get an order? Apparently the app said they were open, but made the order for 12:30PM the next day. I told the employees to cancel that, as I couldn’t on my end. Ended up having to buy a whole other sub. I emailed corporate, however I’m guessing the owner of this particular subway got back to me. I asked for a full refund, considering it was an app glitch, & I had basically bought 2 subs, but only got one. He ignored me & never gave me a refund. I emailed him twice. It’s not like they made the 2nd sub (at least they shouldn’t since I had notified employees & told them to cancel) At the VERY least, just ignoring somebody is rude.
