Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Baltimore

I went to Popeyes located at Mondawmin Mall, the service was okay, but unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor, this happened after 2 o'clock in the afternoon, the cashier was perfectly fine, the true culprits were the ones fixing the orders and the one that was calling out the ticket orders, they had very bad attitudes, being extremely disrespectful, moments after I placed my order, my number was called, I was kinda shocked because that normally doesn't happen, I go up to the counter and it was a mistake because the lady that was calling out the numbers(the main one with the attitude), was unorganized and messing the ticket numbers up. So time has passed and my number is called, it took a bit long to get to the counter because there was a lot of people waiting, when I state that I'm number 58(ticket number), she makes a smart remark and says, "I said your number like 50 times." After that rude remark I just checked my food to make sure it was correct and left, didn't get angry, but this is what your have to look forward too when going to Popeyes located at Mondawmin Mall. I've been going to this restaurant over 30 yrs. They made me lose my job over 20 pieces of wingettes. Just because they felt the need to see my private phone screen I have the right to deny you to look at my property causing me to lose my job with Uber because they wanted to invade my privacy. Called security and security told them give her the food they refused until they looked at my phone and me hit confirm delivery as if I hadn't already confirmed the order for pick still refusing to give me the order saying you have to hit confirm delivery how and I don't even have the order. Lost my job because they forced me to confirm a delivery that they refused...

I have been eating from this location now for about a month. The food is pretty good I will say. They were giving away a free crispy chicken sandwich and I ordered their chicken nuggets and red beans and rice. The chicken sandwich was very good and what I enjoyed most about it is it wasn't loaded with sodium. Having them in the neighborhood so close by is a great benefit whether you order online or decide to go in person. The drivers have been pretty nice and I have not experienced any issues with them. Hopefully they will continue to improve one what they offer to their customers. I do recommend this specific location although I have not...
