Mamma Lucia Pizza — Restaurant in Baltimore

I wish my phone hadn't died so I could've taken pictures of the slices of burnt pizza they sold me. How did they burn pizza that they only had to warm up? The cashier was very unpleasant, dismissive and unhelpful. I was dining in with my 2 y/o Grand-Girl. I ordered 2 slices of pizza with 2 drinks. When he placed both drinks on counter instead of the tray, I was thinking he expected extra hands to appear and I would carry the 2 drinks, tray with pizzas on it, the shopping bags I had already, plus hold my GG hand to the table. And he watched me while I put the drinks on the tray to carry our meals to the table. He never offered his assistance. But ofc, I will NEVER EVER be dining here again. I know what my money is worth and I dont waste it on business that dont deserve it. Which is sad for this one because I grew up eating their pizzas and cheesesteaks with a half&half. But I can say that the half&half was still good. Me & my GG was still sipping the ice after it...

I would advise people to stray from this place. The food tastes okay at times, but their cleanliness is terrible. They do a lot of cross contamination with guys going from the grill to the register, to grabbing fries, back to the grill, and all with the same pair of gloves.

They are also pretty unkind. They will leave customers at the front for long periods of time without saying anything to them or even welcoming them.

Lastly, the prices are pretty high for such poor service and okay taste. You can spend $30 for just two people...

I use to go there all the time but lately the subs taste different I think maybe it's the change of the meat they used and it's a white tall guy that is new there he waited on me I asked for my sub bread to be toasted he didn't toast it but claim he did so I open up my sub notice he lied I was not pleased especially when I'm a regular customer and paid a lot of money on there high prices of subs, hopefully the owner reads this. In order to keep a customer happy be careful how to handle there food don't rush it to just get rid of...
