Rainbow Shops — Local services in Baltimore

We were in line at Rainbow for almost an hour waiting to ring out. The Manager was on register and it was only 4 people ahead of us. At 1 o-clock a lady was leaving and another woman was watching the door. A gentleman came in at 1:30 and was trying to figure out where he was needed. The manager sent him to get boxes. At this point my daughter was like forget it and we dropped everything. So, in a 45 min the manage was only able to check out 2 people. During that time we were in line 3 other people came up behind us. If I could give zero stars I would. My Daughter who is only 17 said ”Why say something look where we are.” Additionally, my daughter stated “She looked like she didn’t want to be there. It’s Mondawmin Mall. I seen a outfit on the mannequin that look so cute. I went in the store a employee pointed me in the direction where the outfit was. As I made my way over the clothes was falling off the hangers as I past by which I pick up and put back on the hangers. All the clothes are so close together. When I got to the outfit that I was looking for they didn't have it in my size. But I decided to just get a little hand bag for my phone. I usually enjoy shopping here. The lines are ALWAYS LONG and the it's kind of difficult to get in and around the crowded store. There's always something to purchase quickly to throw on like t shirts and sports bras. Yesterday, I made a purchase and because some of the staff spends more time talking and not paying attention, all of my items weren't in the bag!
