Burger King — Restaurant in Baltimore

The cashiers do a great job taking peoples' orders. They always smile and they have excellent attitudes. They may take a little long taking the next customers order because they have to make a shake or stock some cups but when there done their always ready for the next customer. The kitchen staff does a great job with pre-prepping the food. The burgers look nice and grilled and so as the whoppers. All the food are nicely cooked. Nuggets are nice, fresh and golden. The kitchen always look clean and so does the kitchen staff work boards. The kitchen staff maintain their attitudes even if a customer doesn't fully tell the cashiers what they want on their food. If kitchen staff make a mistake on the customers' food they will kindly remake it....

The Burger King up Mondawmin is very clean. I can't remember the attendant that keeps the tables clean, bathroom, chairs and she even will refill your cup of sodas. She holds a great conversation and she loves what she does. Service with a Smile. She is light skinned, pretty hair, out going, fun, great excellent cleaner and attendant. She doesn't play around with her bathrooms. If they lose her, they lose a excellent and valuable employee. Even the Employees use the bathroom. I have seen people go in there and just talk on the phone. You will know her when you see her....

This was my first time visiting this location. It was fairly clean. The young lady who waited on us was nice and professional. I decided to try their new Ch'king sandwich, but as you can see it was not prepared properly. First of all they were skimpy on the lettuce and tomato, and secondly the chicken had no seasoning to it, very bland; however, it was a good sandwich outside of the aforementioned.
