Stokos — Restaurant in Baltimore

Okay food, sorry service. So the delivery man pulls up and begins leaning on his horn. I'm upstairs and pregnant and it takes me a second to get to the living room, put the dogs away but by then he's out of the car and heading to my porch. I open the door. He turns around gets in the car and leaves. I call the restaurant, they said he said their was no answer. He comes back with my food ten minutes later, I'm waiting on the porch. Now this is a pretty big guy, I don't know him from Adam and he hangs my bag out of the window and tells me to come get it. I tell him no, that I paid a delivery fee and tipped on my card for him to actually deliver my food. He refuses. I tell him fine I feel safer driving a block and a half to the restaurant to get it (I order from here pretty often and never had this happen so it seems strange). They get new fries and send me on my way. I did have to contact grub hub for a partial refund. They were kind enough to give it to me in the form of a coupon off of...

Has anyone else had a problem with their order from Stokos on Harford Rd? I placed an order through Grubhub for delivery. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no condiments, lettuce and tomato on the side. So I got a cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato and mayonnaise, I ordered a salad no egg. So I got a salad with egg. I ordered a 20oz Diet Pepsi. I put it in big letters Diet Pepsi or Coke only. He brought two regular can Pepsi’s. I asked for a pickle , no pickle. I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich and I got a cold cheese sandwich not grilled on white bread. I live right down the street and it took over and hour for delivery. The only thing they got right was the garlic bread but it was cold. Everything was cold by the time it came. This isn’t the first time they have got my order wrong. I’ve never called and complained before now. This was ridiculous. I feel like it was...

I stopped by two places on this street for a burger before coming here. At the first place, I was there a minute past the cutoff for the regular menu and they didn't have burgers on the late night menu. At the second place I was there for five minutes at two spots at the bar and nobody wanted to take my order. I came to Stoko's and the staff had a wonderful attitude and were nice to me. The kitchen was taking care of tickets fast. I hardly waited any time for my jumbo burger meal, it came out hot and the ingredients were fresh. Unassuming burger but so satisfying and delicious. Priced very fair too for the quality and amount of food. I will definitely be coming back to try the rest...
