We were immediately greeted by this kind owner. The customer service was great. I ordered the rainbow flavor and it was delicious. I also bought the pretzel but I wasn't as impressed. It was just ok but that water ice was so good. I would definitely return here over and over for the ice (plus it's Black owned). FYI there isn't really a sitting area inside the shop but there are a few chairs in front of the store. You could also visit plenty of places nearby as you enjoy your treat while walking. There is metered parking on the street which can get crowded at times. Overall, 5/5 for the ice/customer service and 3/5 for the pretzel.

I am mostly lactose-intolerant, but I tolerate the charmery every once in a while despite the stomach ache. Tonight, I wasn’t in the mood for the aftermath, so I was pleasantly surprised to see this new vegan Italian ice business! I got the Jamaica mix which is pistachio, pineapple, and grape and OMG it was delicious. The Italian Ice was hand-scooped and each serving was plentiful. Plus service was super fast and prices were more than reasonable. I will 100% be returning and I’m thankful to have an amazing, frozen dessert option on the avenue without the stomachache.

This place is the BOMB DOT COM, I am so happy my partner and I stumbled on it in our adventures.

We had a sort of late craving, around 10PM or so, and on our journey back home saw this spot -- cute little place conveniently located in an accessible area (for those of you who are concerned about parking, you've got options).

Now we're past that stuff, let's get to the fun part! Partner got the spicy beef hot dog with all the toppings, I got a medium rainbow Italian ice with swirl custard. Oh and I scored the last beef patty!? Yesss everything was so GOOD!!! My jaw about hit the floor when I saw they have funnel cakes too!! We are coming back!

I don't usually spend time writing reviews but I think everyone needs to drop in and give Tia's a try!

I have been here a few times now. I just went yesterday, with my husband, mom, and niece. The customer service is good. I had ordered first and while my mom was deciding what she wanted the gentleman took my half-painted Italian ice and set it in the freezer, so it would not melt. I didn't ask he offered. Now let's get into these prices. The prices are extremely affordable and reasonable I love that. They are not overpriced at all, they offer a variety of flavors. I would highly read on top of that they are Black-owned. I definitely will continue to come here. Too bad I had discovered them at the end of the summer. I never give any business a 5-star, but I do give credit when credit is due. Keep up the good work. Lastly, this place...

Yesterday was my family’s first visit and it won’t be our last. It felt like we went to visit family. We can’t wait for our special Trini Italian ice blend to be added. 😉 The staff was very patient with my overzealous 5 year old and memorized the many request being called out by all 3 of my children. They were professional, polite and patient. I didn’t get a chance to learn their names but from the smiles and the laughs we won’t forget how they made us feel. And the kids enjoyed every single bite. We parked at the corner and everyone was finished before we reached the car. Thank you and we will see you again soon.
