Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Bangor Township

So just ordered a medium Pepperoni pizza, 3 cheese bread, and a large garden salad. My order comes to 24$ and some odd change. After placing the order and receiving the total, the polite girl on the other end of the line informs me that drivers don't make much and gratuities are appreciated. Thats fine.

When the driver comes he tells me my total and I give him 30$ and tell him to keep the change. This is when we discover that they forgot the salad. Not cool, he tells me he will run back to get it. Okay whatever. After opening the medium pizza I then find that there is not a single pepperoni on my pizza. This is just sad at this point. I work in the food industry here in Bay City and I don't understand how hard it is for people to get food orders right. She even read all my items back to me correctly but then this happens. This is also the second time they forgot something. The last time it happened was the last time I placed an order through this establishment. I think I'll go through Jets...

It was the end of the night, end of the week, beginning of the month and money was TIGHT. I placed a delivery order via the app and didn't notice it selected my employer address and H.H across town from me. I called immediately to let them know if they couldn't transfer it without canceling I would be there to pick it up being that was all the money I had left at all and couldn't wait the 3 to 5 days to pend back to me. I went in to pick this Medium pizza and calzone up and the young man had processed a refund because they didn't want to take my delivery fee and tip I had originally added. They also allowed me to take the food. I was and am very grateful. I will most definitely order from them more and tell people about the grand gesture I received from this particular H.H. We decided to order from Hungry Howie's again because everyone liked them the last time Ordered sub(Italian), three pizzas and a howie special no-dough bowl. Everything was very good, except the no-dough bowl that she wanted came as a large pizza with the same toppings, plus the pizza didn't bake completely and was a little mushy on the bottom.. I felt bad she didn't get what she wanted and that it wasn't baked completely. She was a little disappointed and said she wouldn't order that again. I let her know if she ordered the no-dough bowl again, I would make sure that's what she'll get. So just wanted to let everyone know when ordering the no-dough bowl howie special that you specify that it is the NO-BOWL HOWIE SPECIAL and not the pizza. But everything else was delicious. I'm sure we will be ordering...
