Subway — Restaurant in Banning

I didn’t enjoy the experience because I let my eight year-old daughter order for herself because she’s trying to seek independence and the man behind the counter was so rude when she was ordering her lunch because she can’t quite comprehend things and he probably asked if she wanted bacon, but I don’t know why he would mention that if she never brought it up and plus there’s an additional charge for bacon, but I mean I don’t care about the additional charge. It’s just that none of my family members like to eat bacon Because it has pork and I don’t like that due to religious region reasons so usually get veggies or vegan sandwiches and then when he put in a toast because we can’t see my daughter saw, and when she was going to tell him, he bluntly ignored her and moved onto another customer. I think there should be something done about the customer service here the atmosphere wasn’t quite bad. I actually enjoyed it kind of but the glares I saw from the workers was very underwhelming. Then when I brought up the situation because my daughter told me about the additional charge made the worker try to blame it on my eight-year-old daughter, but I still ended up paying for it and I just took out the bacon, but my daughter is a very picky eater, especially that we don’t eat bacon in our culture We just gave away our sandwich and bought it a homeless person and just went to eat at another subway...

I recently visited the Subway location on Main Street and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the restaurant. It's not often that you come across a fast food location that is as well-maintained as this one. The food stations were spotless, and the ingredients looked fresh.

One of the best things about this Subway is that it is open 24 hours a day. This is perfect for those late-night cravings or for people who work odd hours. The fact that they are open round the clock is a huge plus.

Another great thing about this location is the ample parking available. It can be a challenge to find parking at some fast food restaurants, but not at this Subway. They even have a drive thru!

In terms of pricing, I found the menu to be very fair. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food that you get.

I would highly recommend this Subway to everyone, but particularly to truck drivers who are on the road late at night. It's conveniently located just off the freeway, making it a convenient stop for a quick bite to eat. Overall, it was a great experience at this...

Cross contamination is a real issue in this area I have come to learn…I follow a certain type of diet and I have been for years so when I asked if the MANAGER who was making my sandwiches wouldn’t mind changing their gloves before they make mine the whole vibe changed…she rushed me through my other sandwiches…gave attitude to me as well as other staff members they weren’t even that busy…I have worked in food service for over 15 years and I know what customer service truly is…I would never let anyone who had a simple request feel bad for asking or become visibly irritated because of such a request…I will never eat here again not even because of how sick I have been since eating here but for the customer service I received from a manager of all people…the other staff members were great and I feel bad for them having to work with a manager like that…if she’s rude to her customers I can only imagine how she is with...
