Placed an online order on Saturday around 10:30 pm, delivery time stated 21 minutes and a Disclaimer came up to keep my phone near by because I could receive a call to verify the order. No call or missed call and order was canceled within 30 seconds of receiving it. Called the number to which it goes to an answering service now, explained what happen and she transfered me to the store. The girl that I spoke to informed me that they were on a 3 hour wait for deliveries so they were canceling all online orders, I informed her that they website said it would be 21 minutes to which she said was wrong. Continued to inform me that they weren't accepting new orders but I could place an order if I wanted to wait the said 3 hours for my food....wait huh? She also informed me that she only answered the phones and knew nothing else so i asked to be transferred back to the service because this didn't sound much more than noone wanted to work that night which is bad buisness practice and to which I wasn't transferred but instead hung up on...imagine that! So called back and got the same person I talked to during the initial call and explained what I was told, she stated the website still was at a 20-30 minute delivery time and that if I wanted that she could put my order in, which could still for all purposes be canceled by the store mind you, so I decided to give it a try only to be told that what I was ordering was an online special and that I wouldn't get at the same price ordering over the phone. Almost 45 minutes dealing with that and I can say without a doubt that I won't be ordering from...
Read moreFirst off, let me say that I love Domino's Pizza. Always have, and probably always will.... BUT, if there was one individual store that had the influence to negatively impact my overall opinion of Domino's Pizza as a company, it would undoubtedly be the Domino's Pizza in Barberton that's on Wooster Road next to the Rite Aid. Every single time that I've made the mistake of ordering from this location (simply because it's the closest one to where I live)... I've ended up regretting my decision. My main concern is how the food itself tastes. Considering that they're part of a nationwide chain of stores, one would expect the food itself to taste the same as all other Domino's locations. But nope, that is not the case. I will never order from the Barberton store again. Aside from their poor service, and their unwillingness to take accountability for their own screw ups... I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if I found out that this Domino's store was forcibly shut down by the Ohio Health Department for one or more egregious violations. Something along the lines of tampering with the ingredients in...
Read moreDue to Covid 19, they offer contactless deliveries. Carryouts you can pull in front of the store and they will bring your food to your car. They have the best prices around! Food and preparation was exceptional! Made with garlic crust, generous on toppings, and have a variety of items to choose from menu. The bone in wings are on the smaller side but were amazingly delicious!!! They have a deal called the Mix n Match where you can order 2 or more items at only $5.99 each. Medium Pizza comes with with 2 toppings with this deal, marbled brownie cookie (the size of a small pizza), pasta, wings, sandwich, salad etc. I haven't been able to find another pizza place beat or match these prices. Also, the staff members were eager to help me, very polite, made made me laugh, and they were even caring. ( yes i said caring... you dont find that much any more these days!) They truly brightened my day! They offer plates and napkins as well so no need to...
