Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Barceloneta

For appetizers; we ordered chips and salsa, loaded boneless wings and the egg rolls. To say the least the appetizers were the best part of the meal. For our main meals we had two Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas & the Cajun Chicken Pasta, let me save you some $$$, these were not it at all! They all lacked flavor, specially the pasta, the chicken felt and tasted like it came out of bag, just too rubbery. The pasta it self had no Alfredo sauce and salt for that matter. When I say bland, I mean it, they decorated the pasta with green onions and tomatoes but truly was not it. The Quesadillas were just over done, which I really don’t understand how you fail at making the most simple thing on the menu. Truly sad. I would just stay away from these items if I were you. Service was okay, the moment we were sat down, we were asked if we were ready to order, we of course let the waiter know that we weren’t, but he proceeded to come back again with no exaggeration 3 mins later. Worst experience ever . Manager is not ready to deal with people with children . There was a big family that was worried for the tight space for their guests in their family reunion because of our stroller and kids. We very politely told the host that gave us the chair and she called the manager the manager said that he did not knew what to do because we had a “huge “ stroller and offer us to seat outside where nobody is setting because is at 102 F . After we arranged our own table moving it and looking for kids chair like if we worked in chilis to give space to that big family. Another assistant manager came to offer another table after we were already seated. We let her know we were already seated and she answered very rude and with attitude. It is a typical Chili's and the menu is the same as other Chili's. The staff is helpful and friendly. They will get you seated as soon as possible and will give you options on the seating or area. There is not too much of a wait for your food. They always seem busy, but the waitstaff has always been attentive each time we go and they are good at checking on the table frequently. The dining area is clean. Parking can be a little difficult at busy times due to the other businesses in the area, but you will still get a parking spot close to...
