Cellar's Market — Restaurant in Bargersville

Party of 3 attempted to have breakfast on a late Sunday morning. First time patrons. Small dining area and two tables occupied, not busy. Two girls behind counter did not acknowledge for a few minutes as busy making drinks. One girl said it would a while before they could take our order as you had to order at counter and then find a table. One girl was making lattes, etc and other girl just standing there waiting and then taking drink to table and after about 15 minutes girl came to take order. First order was biscuits and gravy. Girl said sorry we are out biscuits and waffles. This is Sunday morning brunch likely before a busy time so obviously poor planning and horrible communication as should have mentioned that as soon as we came in. One girl was flippant and just said sorry have been busy but definitely not busy when we arrived. We asked for a manager but she said there was no manager this morning so we just left. Food items sounded great but just a horrible first impression and didn't appear...

I would like to start by saying, I love Alex and Shelby when they are working and make my drink… it’s always perfect; however, they are always so understaffed causing increased wait times for drinks.. On busy days there should be more than one person up front. I came in today ordered coffee, my usual, it took 42 minutes to get, other drinks ordered after mine made first, and when I finally received my drink it tasted awful… I’ve now wasted time and money. The girl behind the counter today was new so I don’t blame her as she should never be placed up there alone. Finally the manager came out and I politely shared constructive criticism with her and it was clear she had no intent in listening what I had to say. additionally, I mentioned to the manager and employee my drink tasted awful, and it was not correct. She didn’t offer to remake it or a refund it for that matter. Not sure I...

I want to first give a shout out for the great food, drinks, and nice atmosphere. The staff is courteous, but they need more help! Sunday breakfast/brunch time is very busy for there to onlay be 2 staff members. We ordered 2 coffees and an order of home fries and it took an hour to get the fries. There were numerous other patrons frustrated with their wait. The lady attending the front kept her composure despite people’s clear dissatisfaction she did her best, but she needed to be taking orders while someone else made drinks and communicated with the kitchen. We want to continue to support this awesome business, and have had other positive interactions here, but want to communicate this most recent experience so you can adjust accordingly...
