Chicago's Pizza Bargersville — Restaurant in Bargersville

I’ve been coming to the bargersville location of Chicago’s ever since I was a kid, I’m 20 now. I can say with 100% certainty that this pizza is the best pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life. My experience from beginning to end is a pleasure. I walk in and they know me and exactly what I want to eat and I always sit at my regular table. Richie is typically my server and he is a god send such a nice guy. Bread sticks and cheese sauce hit every time. The pizza is amazing I always get the the medium traditional crust cheese with a side of ranch. They’re ranch is phenomenal idk what kind it is but I would drink it if I could that’s how good it is. Plus just the environment is so welcoming I feel like home and get that nice cozy small home town feel. Plus they’re a Pepsi restaurant so they got diet Mountain Dew which is a major win. I love Chicago’s pizza ( specifically the bargersville one ) and the people will all my heart. I love the boring news on the tv and the fact I get a nice little cute to go drink cup that’s reusable, shout out to them for saving the planet and I get little peppermints when I go to pay. Literally so wonderful I always leave feeling happy and full. So I’ll say it once again there is so better pizza place then the bargersville Chicago location EVER. And no I was not paid or told to write this I genuinely just love this...

I love that the pride themselves on great customer service but im not sure why? I ordered pizza yesterday off their website and choose delivery because that's an option. Turns out the delivery is through Doordash. It took an hour for doordash to show up and I didnt even get any food. The delivery driver showed up with an open bag of breadsticks and no pizza. They said Chicago's gave them the breadsticks open and didnt seal the bag. I didnt take the breadsticks. When I called Chicago's to find out what happened and why I had no food after spending $55, they didnt even apologize or try to make it right. I was told I had to go through Doordash to get my refund. They didnt even offer to remake my pizzas and breadsticks, so I could pick them up. The manager sounded like a little highschool kid who had no customer service experience at all. Needless to say, I won't be going to this particular...

We ordered 2 pizzas for pick up. When we reached we confirmed the order at drive through window and waited for some time - I guess about 20 mins more than what we were told. Just as I was about to go in to check for our pizza someone was coming out with our order. They apologized for the longer than expected wait (apparently there was some error and they had to redo our order), then returned the full amount charged AND gave us a coupon for one free pizza the next time. This is incredible! We have always been coming in and loving everything about Chicago’s. This time they demonstrated how they treat their customers when something goes wrong. I will be coming in for a long long time. If only every business was...
