April 2021: The sandwiches here were fantastic we were told about this place by some local residents. The Cheech sandwich was the best. We tried two of the other specialty sandwiches, and they would have been better had the bread either been fresher, toasted, or moistened with something like mayo or aioli or vinegar. It hasn't been open long, and it's in desperate need of a printed menu. Very unique foods and fresh deli meat. This is a must do with the North end. Very friendly customer service. Parking off-season was not an issue. I imagine during the main season this could be problematic. It's just part of the island experience....

Unlike some other reviews, I think the prices are decent. It’s a shore place so you are going to pay more, it’s the nature of being at the beach. That saud, I think the prices are reasonable comparatively with other places on the island. Also, my food has always been very good from there. The guys in the kitchen aren’t always the most friendly, but they aren’t rude either. The girls at the counter are always friendly and helpful. Can’t comment on the coffee, but the food is good, service is quick and efficient and it is the perfect place to grab a sandwhich, breakfast or pick up chicken breasts...

This place is largely overpriced. I understand the “at the shore” mark up but even with that in mind the prices are quite staggering. $14 dollars for a sandwich is outrageous especially for mediocre food at best. The only redemptive quality of this particular place was the courteous cook. Other than that other employees came off as posh and unwelcoming. Not to mention having dining space without a restroom to clean your hands before and after eating is...
