So I was just at Buffalo Wild Wings in Barnegat and I placed an order at the counter and waited for about 20-25 minutes. When they called my name I see that my order is missing a a whole 10 pieces of wings and the fries and I go talk to the person who I placed the order with and he is telling me it's my fault because he read the order back to me and I said ok. I ordered 2 orders of 10 pieces of wings and 1 order of 6 pieces and when he read back to me that is what he said and I agreed. After that he is just looking at me with no apology whatsoever for his mistake and what happen. I ask to speak to a manager and I had to wait forever to talk to someone that was not a manager and she had somewhat had the same attitude, I found out he did not give the correct receipt showing the order so she had to look it up in the computer and after more wasted time she tells me that I was not charged for the food so I can order again and wait another 25 minutes. I was like are you for real? So yuo guys make a mistake no apology whatsoever and now you telling me that I have to wait on line (a huge line at the time) and order and wait again. Again I asked to see a manager and she went in the back and after another 10 minutes comes back telling the manager told her that I have to order again, she cannot help me. I said can I talk to her? No she is too busy and no time for that. I left really pissed and my food was already almost cold. On the way home I called and they said manager was too busy and took my number and name and she the manager was going to call me that night. Well I did not receive any calls like I knew I was not going to. Ridiculous how they treat customers and this was a horrible experience from that place. I do not recommend going over there at all, they could care less about the customers. I have gone to Buffalo Wild Wings in other places but this one is a disappointment...
Read moreI just got home from my first visit ever to BWW. I had 6 Thai Curry traditional wings , 6 mild traditional wings , French fries and a fountain drink . The place was clean and staff were very nice . I hate when the credit card machines asks you to leave a tip when all they did was take my order . Why would I leave a tip . I should get the tip . I drove there walked to the counter ,ordered my food , brought my food to my table and cleaned up my table and threw away my trash all the cashier that took my order is just stand there. The Thai curry wings weren’t what I was expecting . I was hoping for something like a sweet Thai chili sauce . I recommend that to be added to the menu. I ate a couple of those wings but they just weren’t my thing . The mild wings were good . I would order them again. The fries were covered in pepper but not bad nothing special . Just like any other fast food joint. The biggest reason I gave three stars is that none of the tables had any condiments…. Salt , pepper ketchup and the biggest thing they didn’t have was that they didn’t have any napkin dispensers anywhere. It’s a wing joint how do you expect a customer to eat 12 wings with the 4 napkins you put in my bag. I had to keep asking them for more napkins . But I will try again . I will add a pic. Try to find any napkin dispensers . Makes zero sense for a place that sells mostly wings .
My last complaint is on these reviews . I wish the owner that comments would actually explain what he is going to do to improve the place rather than just saying to fill out a form that he knows no one will do or call a number...
Read moreWe placed an order online for two sandwiches, one with mild sauce and a side of tater tots, and one with Nashville hot sauce and a side of potato wedges. There was also an additional order for 10 boneless wings, 5 teriyaki and 5 honey sriracha.
We went in to pick it up and it was waiting, on time, 30 minutes after ordering. I can't comment on the service or atmosphere; I was in and out and didn't speak with anyone but the employees seemed friendly enough, they were smiling and chatting amongst themselves.
When we got home and unpacked the bag, both the tater tots and potato wedges were missing. That was a bummer but we let it go and chalked it up to them still being new and having some kinks to work out. We had plenty of other food after all.
The sandwich with Nashville hot sauce was good; we had no complaints. The sandwich with "mild" sauce, however, turned out to be entirely wrong. It was most certainly buffalo sauce, but had to be what I imagine is the hottest one available which unfortunately for someone who doesn't enjoy that level of spice, made it inedible.
I hope they figure out the challenges of being new and get better the more time goes by. We're excited to have a local BWW and will give them another shot after they've had some time to work through the...
