DO NOT GO HERE ! I went in to get checked because I caught a cold and had severe chest pain and trouble breathing to the point I couldn’t talk I was loosing my breath , the doctor comes in doesn’t listen to a word I said , barley checks me tells me I’m fine and if I’m SO WORRIED I should go to the emergency room and she leaves the room, so I left and went to the HMH urgent care on route 9 where they immediately checked my heart and lungs did an X-ray , turns out the lining to my lungs and cartridge on my ribs was severely inflamed and I needed steroid pills and a steroid inhaler. Thank god I didn’t listen to this place and the rude doctor who obviously wanted nothing to do with her job. DONT BECOME A DR. IF ITS TO DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO GIVE A CRAP ABOUT PEOPLE.
Update : it’s been a month , I had corona virus and I’ve been diagnosed with reactive airway disease , so the breathing issues I was having when I initially came to this urgent care and was turned away and told I was having a PANIC ATTACK turns out I actually have a type of asthma that flairs up when I’m sick ! so thank you atlanticare for doing absolutely nothing at all for me because I wouldn’t have went else were and actually found out what...
Read moreMy experience at urgent care today was very pleasant. The secretary was very nice and very efficient. She treated me with care and clearly knew what she was doing. . Also the nurse and Doctor were very nice and attentive to how I was feeling. The X-ray technician was so nice and caring as well. This was my first time at this location in BARNEGAT and I will definitely be back because of the level of professionalism by the entire staff. This location was so clean too! I was not feeling well and being at urgent care today made me feel better and I got the necessary medicine that I needed right away. The doctor sent my prescription to the pharmacy immediately. Thank you again!!! I appreciate it! One more thing, the radiologist called me right away, that’s a huge plus....
Read moreI had all the symptoms of a UTI & the Doc said there were only a small amount of bacteria & no infection. Despite all the symptoms, the doctor did not prescribe an antibiotic. My symptoms worsened, I went to another Urgent Care in 2 weeks in which an antibiotic was prescribed and my symptoms cleared up. I had to suffer two more weeks due to the failure of the doctor listening to me & failure to provide the appropriate treatment. I will not be returning to this facility. I just do not trust the diagnostician at this facility, as I was just advised to see a Specialist. Even a small amount of bacteria with multiple symptoms, indicates...
