My husband & I were completely scammed at this store by Tom back in June. As a nurse, I qualified for the FirstNet service discount. Tom stated that we would have to open up a new line for the FirstNet discount to be applicable. Not knowing any better, we agreed and received a FirstNet sim card for a flip phone we werenât physically given. Tom told us that we donât need the phone, just having the line open on the account would provide us the discount. Flash forward a few months, we were charged for the additional line but continuously never got the âdiscountâ we were promised by FirstNet. We would have to call customer service for them to manually apply the discount. Finally we decided to go to one of AT&Tâs corporate stores & they were flabbergasted that the Barnegat retail location did that to us. The whole point of FirstNet is for it to be applied to the customerâs EXISTING line, and they said that Tom from Barnegat must have opened a new line just to make a sale. We were also told by corporate that we were never offered the free apple watch deal by Tom that would have been applicable to us at the time. We will NEVER be going back to this store, I highly advise no one...

I switched from T-mobile to AT&T through a promotion at BJâs and had to trade in nine (9) phones after receiving the new ones. When I started the process online, the website said I could only trade in five (5) phones within a twelve (12) month period. I ended up calling AT&T directly and after over an hour on hold, the process to begin trading in the phones had not even started. The customer representative was confused and did not seem able to help me. I ended up calling this local AT&T store and they told me they could help and to come right in. Again, I traded in nine (9) phones and they were able to get me in and out in about an hour. It would have been quicker if I had properly reset the phones I brought in. Overall, Iâm extremely satisfied and would recommend this...

I was having a hard time processing an upgrade online so Maria took care of the problem and was able to solve it within a matter of minutes. Maria and Drew were both friendly and helped with my account with no problems at all. Took a stressful situation I was dealing with online at home and completed it in store perfectly. Needless to say, a couple hours later I walked out with a new upgraded phone and a new beautiful tablet for my daughter. So much appreciated. Definitely more then 5 stars...
