Racaniellos Pizzeria — Restaurant in Barnegat Township

Very poor customer service. (Except Delivery guy was very nice). Got delivery and they forgot the salad and bread. I called the restaurant and said I think my order came with salad and bread. I believe It was danielle who answered and she was like, yeah we have it right here. Absolutely no apology. Then was like we are really busy and the salad and bread is complementary so..... I asked if that’s means they are not going to deliver it. She repeated its complementary and they are really busy. I literally had to argue with her that’s it’s part of the meal and the reason I ordered that. She had to put me on hold and then begrudgingly said they would deliver it. Still no apology. Come on. I waited an hour and half for the food to come(which okay it’s Friday night - I get you have to wait) then had to wait another 45 mins for the rest of the meal. Mistakes happen all the time, but you should At least apologize and offer to remedy it. I shouldn’t have to argue with you to fix the mistake you made. Restaurant should consider some more training on customer service. Food was decent...

OMG!!!!! WINGS, WINGS, WINGS..... yeah, nothing special, just a wing from a pizza place but if you get them dry, no sauce and pick them up on time, they are soooo tasty!!! We order 2 orders almost every week. Sometimes twice in a week. So we order the wings and then we order a pint of widow maker (make sure you explain what a pint is to them... 😉) but we get the wings we love and the sauce we like in this immediate surrounding (Barnegat) and Boom.... $* gets real!! ALSO, I do love their pizza.... they have a good pizza. Generous with toppings but not too much. I'm a set the oven to 400°, order a par-baked pie, pick-up and put it on my pizza stone to finish it to my liking... Hoping g to have our own pizza place soon..... fiance been tossing pies for 17 years and we've got some great ideas to run this. Fingers crossed. (I need a loan!!!!) We're praying this...

Well my name is Tawnya but I must say that I placed an order last night through slice and the delivery time said like an hr and 15 so just for the heck of it I called and ask if that’s just what the app says or is that truly the time well the man on the phone I’m thinking maybe the owner and if not hats off to the employee that was on the line he was the sweetest most kind man totally transparent told me thing he definitely didn’t need to I was blown away how cool he was almost felt like we were close friends. Than to make it even better which I was totally cool waiting the 1+Hour and I told him no biggie it’s all good, welp may 45 mins and that pushing it might have been sooner the driver was at my door. Pleasant young man n the pizza was hot and perfect!!! I never do reviews but this one needed to be said!...
