I stopped into the Barnegat store on Sunday the 9th. Ashley greeted me, was friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately that store was put of stock on the phone I wanted. Ashley called 5 stores to locate the phone and had it put to the side for me, as I was going right there. The other store was helpful but I n3eded more help getting the phone set up. I went back to Barnegat (it's the closest) and Ed showed me slowly and patiently exactly what to do to transfer everything to my new phone. I'm technically challenged to say the least and these 2 made it so simple for me, even though they didn't make the sale. They are true examples of what customer service ahould be. Gove...
