Ordered very simple ice cream orders and received something completely different upon requesting corrections a shorter Hispanic female with glasses provided us with unpleasant attitude and started slamming Freddie’s company appliances , when we had to request additional corrections to our simple order more unpleasant attitude and disrespectful behavior such as silent treatment lack of eye contact and lack of verbal communications . Our order was vanilla with caramel cheesecake and chocolate with caramel cheesecake and a dirt n worms for children , however received a banana brownie resees peanut butter cup vanilla , vanilla with cherries , brownies and Reese’s , and an Oreo milkshake no gummy worms a very simple order turned night made by this individual who provided us lack of customer service and continue to provide a hostile environment as my children ate in lobby. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Freddy's! The food was excellent—my companion and I both enjoyed the California burgers, which were cooked to perfection with fresh, flavorful ingredients that truly hit the spot. What really set this visit apart, though, was the incredible staff. The restaurant was spotless, which immediately made a great impression, but it was the warm, friendly atmosphere created by the team that made our visit unforgettable. Alyssa, the manager, was outstanding—professional, attentive, and clearly dedicated to providing top-notch service. Bree and Malachi were equally amazing, going out of their way to be friendly, helpful, and genuinely engaging. They were talkative in the best way, making us feel welcome and valued. Their positive energy added so much to the overall experience. Kudos to the entire team for their hard work and great attitudes! Had to wait 10 mins before someone could take my order because this location was obviously short staffed.

The manager was very apologetic when i asked to speak with him and the whole team was working hard.

Sad ppl work so hard for so little and homeless littered everywhere, cost of living in the state is outrageous and really California is paradise turned dystopia and ppl keep goin a long with this stupid system where everyone loses and u pay 15 dollars for fast food... ugh... maybe when we pay 100 dollars for a burger and ppl work for 50 dollars an hr and everyone is even more poor than now.. maybe then it wake ppl up from the haze of intoxicants and degenerate entertainment that keeps them in the prison they call Freedom here in the Golden State in the land...
