Do NOT shop here. The men’s selection is disappointing and incredibly limited. “Destiney” (a heavier set woman of hispanic heritage *since I’m unsure if the manager provided me with her correct name) repeatedly approached me to ask if I “needed help finding anything.” However, she did not ask or speak to anyone else. She followed me to the dressing room, stood in there, and stared at my feet. I unexpectedly popped out and confronted her. She wasn’t even working the dressing room. I spoke to the manager “Ruth” who was argumentative and continually attempted to justify her employee’s actions. “Ruth” also lied to me about her employee’s job title to further justify this encounter. She said that “Destiney” worked the fitting room; however, I actually checked in with the fitting room associate who was still working there when I left. This was my first and LAST visit to this store. Don’t waste your time or money here.
UPDATE: I just went back to return everything I bought after taking some time to ruminate on my experience. “Destiney” was working at the cash register and took off as soon as she saw me walk through the door. I don’t know of any “fitting room associates” that work behind the register. Again, do NOT...
Read moreHad some great sales on Saturday! We walked out with several cute tops, hoodies, sweaters, and pajamas for my daughter, couple of tshirts for myself, and a dress, sweater, and t-shirt for my wife all for $140! Awesome.
Here's what I didn't like:
I didn't care for the hard sale on their credit card though. I shouldn't have to explain to you that an Old Navy card isn't comparable to my American Express card, my Citi AAdvantage airlines card or my IHG Platinum card, all which earn me free flights, free hotels, etc. which is alot more valuable than saving 30% on a $8 tank top. Obviously. Also, I'm not giving you my email address so you can sale my information to God knows who and make thousands of dollars off my information so that I can have a "backup receipt." Get...
Read moreThe in-store signs advertised 30% to 50% off most items, but out of the 14 items I picked out, only 2 were actually discounted. I ended up spending nearly $300 on just a few things — 2 adult shirts, baby jeans, 2 baby cardigans, and the rest were baby onesies and pajamas. When my husband asked about the sale, the associate said it was only on “select items.” But if that’s the case, why place the 30% off signs directly above items that aren’t included? For example, a single baby cardigan cost $35! I bought them because I liked them, but the signage was misleading. I should have taken photos, because anyone would have assumed those items were part of the 30%...
