HIGH POINT SMOKE SHOP & VAPE — Local services in Barstow

A little bit after 7:00Pm on Friday September 13th, I came in to look at the Puff Co. Peak Pro that I had been looking at online. I got into the store and they do truly have everything you would need especially being located right next to StIIIzy. I thought about buying the product looked it over a little bit more thoroughly and finally decided on it after making the purchase. They gave me a 15% off coupon and sent me on my way. Upon arriving home. It seems like the device was not working, not to their discredit. It seems like it is an issue with the puff co. peak and not an issue with the retailer that sold it to me. Because upon me returning the next day with this issue, they offered to replace the atomizer as they were not sure what the issue was however, I bought a special edition that is green and the replacement would have been black so I decided against that option. They did however tell me I should try to contact Puff co themselves. I was able to get my issue acknowledged by them and I’m in the process of getting it handled. I give this store a four out of five simply because I bought defective merchandise again not to their discredit. It just is a bummer to buy an almost $500 product and not have it working to 100%. I will be back to spend the 15% off coupon as I do want to give them another fair chance as I am often at StIIIzy & when I spend I spend. I was helped by Jazmin who was very quick to help me I was not waiting long at all. Once she saw me standing at the glass case looking at the product very friendly people. I hope to have a better experience in the future though. TRY YOUR PRODUCTS IN THE PARKING LOT PEOPLE lol. But yeah 4 out of 5....

This place is not only an outstanding place of business but its got the best vibe, atmosphere, as well as the coolest customer services I've ever had. Place is full of things, much more than any smoke & vape shop I've ever been to. Not only is this place a "must stop at" but "leave happier than u walked in" place. "The MAN!" who helped out my wife & I today name was, "KHARY" spoke to us about items in the shop, explained taste & reviews on vapes and other unique items in the store. Kept us informed on the types of products we were interested in, as well made us laugh and feel comfortable enough to talk about anything. Place has great music and items that were stacked on the floor all the way to the ceiling!! We will gladly refer many friends and family to this place and stop by as often as we can. Thank you "KHARY" for making my wife and i first time here Epic...

I hardly do reviews but I had to do one on this vape shop.. if I could give ten stars I would.. I’m an over the road truck driver and not many if any vape shops are next to truck stops.. I walked in and right away was greeted and asked what I was looking for and didn’t feel rushed. I said e juice and the guy right away walked over to show me the selection of e juice which a pretty good selection. I even apologies for taking so long to see which one’s I wanted and he said take your time( big plus ). Then I went on and asked him which one of a certain brand he likes the most and it made my selection easy.. so again thank you. I’ll definitely be coming by again if I’m back in the area again and good recommendation on...
