Chela's Buffet Mexican Kitchen — Restaurant in Bartlesville

The buffet food is NOT cooked as the day goes. It was prepared the night before or the early morning and reheated as they need. Everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING on the buffet was stale, hard, greasy, and tasteless. Some of the enchiladas had wax paper stuck within and through the food so it would not come out of the serving pan without taking the wax paper too. They barely put any chips on the buffet to deter anyone from taking too many. Honestly, I do not know why this place has not been shut down for food safety issues yet! I do not recommend...
