As a nurse I contacted this pharmacy to clarify an escribing vs hard copy question for controlled substances as our escribe was down , as we had not had this issue before and we were just trying to make sure we took the appropriate steps to take care of a patients medication needs. I spoke with Jim who was very rude , raised his voice and accused me of trying to get him to " break the law" which was not the case whatsoever, I simply asked a question , to make sure I understood and could report the correct information back to the providers I work for. However I was able to contact another local pharmacy who was able to help clarify the question for me . As a professional I am appalled at the way I was spoken to. I hope the paying customers are not treated as poorly . Very unprofessional and will not recommend this pharmacy to our patients...

I started coming to this pharmacy location when I moved to Bartlesville in 2001. It's changed hands a few times and some of those times I left because they weren't very nice but have returned since J&M took over and I love them... I have been going to this same pharmacy since 2010. I absolutely love the pharmacist and techs that work here. They are so customer service oriented and I love how personable they are. They have a great sense of humor and this will always be my place to go for medication refills! Also, my Molly girl loves their doggie...
