Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bartlett

Very rude. I called because they messed up, no big deal, just a simple mistake. I had ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich, and asked if they could add sausage to it. I also ordered a few coffees, because I was doing a coffee run for the guys at a job site (20 minutes past this). Coffees were all fine, I get to the job site and the who I had ordered the sandwich for opened it up, no sausage. Not a huge deal, I understand mistakes happen. But I called only because I had paid extra for the sausage. Expecting just a simple sorry, next one is on us, or a refund/discount, or idk.. SOMETHING. I've been in the food industry for over 10 years. I've worked every single aspect of a restaurant so normally if someone makes this simple complaint, to go order or not, we usually offer a discount or next one is on us etc etc.. Nope. I called, a girl answered the phone, I explain what happened to her, her response..."uhhh okay..? well if you come in and prove that there wasn't any sausage on it, then we can remake it for you" I told her, under normal circumstances, fine. But I'm already 20+ minutes away and not going back by any time soon. "Uhm.. okay? Well what do you want us to do about it then?!" I explained to her what I thought was reasonable, (let alone pretty standard). She tells me to wait and she'll give me the manager. Honestly it shouldn't of even had to get as far as me talking to the manager, but it is what it is. Now in hindsight I wish I had gotten names, but hindsight 20/20, ya know? Anyway, so manager gets on the phone, "hello????" I politely say hello and start to explain the simple mistake, I get about a sentence and a half out, and she freaking hangs up on me! What the heck?! Now honestly, forgetting the sausage, really, not a big deal, but then talking to me the way the first girl did, was uncalled for, and then being hung up on by the "manager", not sure if she was indeed the manager or not at this point. But just completely rude and unprofessional. Honestly, sucks for them because the crew of guys I went and got coffees for, are regulars there. And there's a good group of them. They heard all of this go down, and they're not too happy. Needless to say, they won't be going there anymore after this. All over something...

Great place for a Coffee! My Crew and I, have been coming here for 10 years - pretty much every morning.

Even when busy the Staff are polite and courteous. One of the Contractors asked me for a place to grab a Coffee and I suggested the Intervale Shop. The Contractor pointed out several "Bad" reviews, and one also targeting the Manager. We pointed out that Lexi and her staff, are always on-point, whether that be using the Drive-thru or walking inside.

We have staff who stop here pretty much every morning, usually on the way to the Ski Areas; oft times meeting here to grab some food & Coffee.

Lexi the Manager is always a delight to talk to and the Ladies are always professional even when busy.

The only time that we had issues at this Locale, was when a Gay Male with Blonde hair was there - we all had issues with him. He was rude and dismissive both inside and at the Drive-thru – he seems to have left though...

Stop by this Shop, and support the Locals. It's usually busy in the mornings, but the Ladies handle the Morning rush really well. Great place for Coffee...

Rude and refused to serve me i like cappachino's with less milk and more coffee so I've been ordering a medium cappachino and have them put it in a small cup and pay for a medium. This has worked at all the Dunkin's I've been to and I had it that way at this location on Sunday(2-17). Today (Monday 2-18) I went to the drive thru and the person told me they never do that. I explained that I got it that way here and other locations and she said "no you didn't, I work here every day except saturday and sunday" I said "I was here yesterday, Sunday, and was able to get it this way." It's not like I'm trying to scam the system, you're actually making more money on the drink. She said she wouldn't make it or anything else I wanted. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager so I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me, multiples times. I said I was going to stay until she gave me her name, she refused again and said she was going to call the police! I left, not wanting the police to...
