I ordered a vanilla bean coolatta. What the person tried to give me was one or two shades lighter than an frozen coffee. I've ordered plenty of VB coolattas. They're white, unless the person doesn't clean the carafe after making a blended drink with coffee, chocolate, etc . She insisted the vanilla bean coolatta is a light brown color, then brought the bottle of vanilla extract over to the drive-thru to show me the color of vanilla extract. My family has made home made ice cream since I was a small child, so I know vanilla extract is brown. And after blending it in to make ice cream (and VB coolattas) the end result is white. In a huff she made a second coolatta, just as brown as the first and she said, "there's nothing I can do about it." I couldn't see if she cleaned the carafe, but I doubt she did. I left and went to another DD up the street. They had just made a frozen coffee before I arrived. The guy emptied out the extra and cleaned out the carafe before making my VB coolatta, which was white after he blended it. Read moreI should have went through the drive thru. Today (3/7/2018) at 7:45am the guy was extremely so with an attitude of not wanting to be at work. I call myself leaving 15 minutes early just to go get a breakfast wrap. I get there the drive through is moving fast but its long. So I go in, its only 1 person in line and one waiting. The guy behind the counter is moving extra slow. He takes the guy order in front of me and start fixing his drink (super slow) while I wait a long time for him to take my order. While I'm waiting I count, four people have already gotten there order in the drive thru and left. Really? Someone else comes in and get in line behind me and the guy stops fixing the drink and ask can he help me. Really! Needless to say, i did not get my wrap because the 15 minutes i was in the place getting no service I did not have time to get my wrap. This guy at the register needs better customer service and a speedy and productive working skill. if he didn't want to come to work he should have stayed home! Kudos to the lady at the drive thru. Read moreThis is my 3rd try it keeps erasing my review. I used to live in this area and come to the store daily. Most all Dunkins are at least friendly. Boy has the service changed here. They were too busy sweeping and cleaning and moving donuts by hand with no gloves to sit with what was left of the donuts on that shelf. Her arms and hands were all over them so I was, no thanks. Donuts are not even covered in any way when they are sweeping back there. Went back a week later and I guess because it was about the same time, it was the same thing only this time while I waited for a cup of cream with a dash of coffee I listened to the girl make fun of, and complain about 3 different people who ordered in the drive through. No thank you, I will go back to Starbucks I guess where the food is sanitary, and I can enjoy the coffee, or make it at home. I hate it too. I guess I can go to another...
