Subway — Restaurant in Basalt

I went to this establishment with my certified service animal and the employee turned me away. He was sitting and eating when I arrived. He did not acknowledge me, I waited at the counter for a few minutes. He stood up when he finished and did not wash his hands. Went behind the counter and told me I need to take the dog out. I told him she is a certified service animal. He said "I don't see a vest", I told him she is not required to have a vest. He did not believe me and told me I need to leave because he is allergic to short haired dogs. I told him that Is discrimination and I have a disability and she is a service animal. He told me no and to leave. I told him I would report him, which I will to the proper channels. But people need to know. The employee was an early 20s dark haired medium build male. I went in on the morning of October 1st and horrible customer service, both of the ladies making sandwiches got mad as soon as we walked in (the place was empty when we walked in) since they were already busy making a big order, then they took a while to get our order and I was not even pressuring them when they told me "hurry up because we don't have your time we are very busy right now" which I understand but that was very rude, then they didn't even take my order how I wanted because they were in such a hurry, making themselves take longer. The food was fine, but the service was absolutely terrible! My whole family was so excited to eat subway on our way to Aspen, CO. We requested the lady multiple times to change her gloves and knife because we had an allergy to pork. She changed them, but then she tried to put bacon in our sandwich, and when we asked her for a new sandwich she made such a displeased and angry face, and started screaming at us saying she didn’t hear us tell her about our allergy. The girl started cussing at us in her own language, and they were taking about us while we ate and staring at us.
