Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Batavia Township

absolutely pathetic service. call often and try to order from dominoes. They always tell me they are looking at hours before delivery, and pickup as well. Tell me every time they are over whelmed. EVERY SINGLE TIME i am on the phone for an hour before someone gets to me, and then pretty much tells me they can not help. I have never ever in my life been swayed towards not ordering from a store. This is 5 times now i wasted my life trying to purchase food weather delivery or pickup acting as if they do not want my business. I have now decided to quit calling/ordering from this location. Always rude when i call and try to order, as if i am disrespectful for offering my business, and as if they have no time for my business. If that is the case they really need to hire more people. I like the menu, hate the customer service, and hold time, along with disrespectful approach to letting me know they don't want my service. NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE FELT SO DISRESPECTED BY A PIZZA SERVICE. I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO PIZZED!!!!!!! DISCUSTED BY THIS. WASTED HOURS AND HOURS TRYING TO ORDER GOOD FOOD tO BE TOLD THEY DONT CARE. Then I show up the to ask how quick can we order and get food 5 minutes later and they tell me 15 mins most. Mhm. "I was told a couple hours on the phone" they told me they just completed orders so can get it in a jiffy. So I told them I just got off the phone being told two hours before a pick up would be available. Then a black haird female at this time working tells me there is another pizza place out there if I want. We visited Batavia Dominos Friday night. Long story short, after sitting in the drive through window without being acknowledged (a “be right with you” would have sufficed, I understand Friday nights are busy) the guy comes to the window and asks for the order name. He couldn’t hear the first attempt and asked us to repeat it, so I cupped my hand and repeated the name louder. The guy got immediately offended, said that was rude and uncalled for, he has an oven right behind him….we can hear the noise pouring out of the window, we know it’s loud. Us trying to communicate up to the window from a small car with the noise from ovens and fans coming out is far from rude. The guy then proceeds to slam the window and we are again ignored for 5 minutes by at least 3 other employees. We ended up driving around and my wife walked in to get our order, where she saw the next car at the window being immediately helped. We had ordered several times from here. Recently the place has taken a downward spiral. The most recent mishap happened a few days ago. We placed our order at around 740 pm. Around 750 pm I checked and it had just reached the stage that they are double checking it go make sure it is good to go before sending it our way. An hour later it finally left the store. So it sat, for an hour, getting cold, before it left to come to my house. I called and was told that because they only had two drivers that night, I was basically going to get cold pizza because somethi about numbers. I ended up getting a credit, but the fact remains that they knowingly did this intentionally. Intentionally gave us cold pizza and aren't admitting any wrong doing.
