Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Batesville

Every time I go to this Sonic the experience is negative. Yestetday it was a 20 minute wait to just order. Food was below Sonic standards. Order screen would not let me pay. In total I was at your location for over 30 minutes. The location is dirty. The parking lot is like driving through an obstacle course (needs repair). From experience i would say half of your order stalls do not work. The poor girls who bring the food to your car are obviously overwhelmed and probably underpaid for all the stress this place causes. It's a shame because this location is less than 5 minutes from my employment and 5 minutes from my home. Perfect location you would think. Now I will be driving to the Sonic on St Louis street. The corporation for Sonic should be ashamed to have a location that feels like a dump when you drive in. Often management can be the issue but from experience it is on corporate when things...

Wings were buy one get one free. I purchased 8 Wings. 4 should have been free. My total was $26 and some change. I tried over and over to explain that they only took off 3 Wings instead of 4, but even the manager couldn't understand the mistake. The total should have been $19.16 plus tax. I know tax in Batesville is high but it's not $7 on $19! The manager ended up taking off 2 orders of wings making my total a little over $18. I wasn't trying to get anything for free. I was just trying to get them to ring it up correctly, so this didn't make me happy either. I got the impression they thought I was just trying to get something for nothing. The manager wouldn't even come out so I could show him/her the mistake. The poor carhop had to keep going back and forth between me and the manager. Every time we go, something is wrong. Either the order or our total or it takes forever to...

The quality of this location has fallen off significantly. Every time I pull into this location, it seems like the first stall I choose is out of order or the screen doesn't work. These carhops (specifically the nighttime ones) have NO CLUE how to take an order. They are impatient and cut us off every time we are talking. I haven't had a correctly delivered order in the last 4 times I've been there. Something is ALWAYS missing and I have to drive back up there. Not to mention the parking lot is atrocious. Sure, there's no trash, but you might as well call a wrecker service before you order because pulling into your stall, you're probably going to tear your suspension apart from all the pot holes. I can't even imagine what their mystery shoppers are scoring them. This place used to be such high quality back...
