I visited this Taco Bell on 9/8/23 to get some breakfast. I drive a semi truck and can’t very well go through the drive through. So I parked literally in front of the drive up (see picture) window where the employees could see my truck. The lobby was closed so I walked up to the drive window and proceeded to order my breakfast. They told me they cannot take walk-up orders, I have heard this before but once I explain my truck won’t fit they usually understand and let me order. However the crew and on duty manager refused to serve me. This is a company fully dependent upon truck deliveries to supply their stores with everything they need to do business, yet they disrespect drivers this way. What has the country come to where truck drivers are treated like dirt? I hope this review finds its way to many people who find this treatment as disturbing as I do and show this Taco Bell how wrong they were by no longer purchasing...

Edited today my husband went thru drive thru to b treated poorly by some woman who seemed to be in the wrong industry if this is how ur customer service is then u need to go be taught manners not everybody uses the app some people don't have time to park and order on the app sorry excuse of a human being u was rude to a caner patient hope u get the day u deserve I will be contacting corporate and a dm about this since ur store manager has been letting...
Read moreIt's only getting 3 stars because the only guy working was very cordial and polite when I walked up to the window to see if he was doing finished serving the line that was here or what and he said well yeah I got to stay open until 5:00 anyway but they probably get more stars if they had staff but that may not pay enough could be staffing problem I don't know but the one that is working is doing his job and he's trying to do the best he can so that's why they get three stars cuz of him and that's an upgrade if they had more employees and food was faster maybe better but until they get some employees they're going to get a three-star or less the next guy ain't as courteous they won't get three.
