Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Batesville

This place is getting worse and worse. Today we got popeyes and when we got home and started to eat, I noticed stuff wrong. I started eating my fries and noticed it was a portion much smaller than one we would normally get. I only noticed this after eating some because they were under the rest of the food, so I couldn't count them, but I would assume there was maybe 12 fries. Next thing I noticed is that the wings were not covered hardly at all with sauce and there wasn't much at the bottom of the container either, see the picture. The wings were also boneless when we ordered bone-in on the app. Last time we were here we were rushed in the drive-thru when we told them it would be a moment because we needed to fully sort out our order, they started rushing us which made it more stressful. I would understand this if the line was long but there was maybe one car behind us. Another time we were here we ordered on the app and they forgot our large side of coleslaw, thankfully we were still in town and could go get the coleslaw but we weren't able to eat it with our meal. These instances are happening more and more which sucks because they have some of the better fast food in town and we prefer them over most other places. I hope the service quality will improve.

Update July 29th: We came in at 8:30 to grab our mobile order. They were blaring hip hop music from the kitchen, it could be heard clearly in the lobby. They were out of tenders and fries. I left the ER at 7:45 p.m. last night could not find a pharmacy open so I went by Popeyes last night and ordered two orders of the two-piece signature chicken with a biscuit. When I got home to eat that was the hardest crust I have ever tried to eat and the inside was so gooey and not finished that I could not eat it at all. Could not even eat the second one that I took to work today except for the biscuit and it was hard. I had just got off the phone, was talking with the manager from Popeyes. I explained to him I ordered the chicken between 8:00 and 8:30p.m. the manager told me after 9:00 p.m. we don't cook anymore chicken. I repeated myself to him, I was not there after 9:00 I was there between 8:00 and 8:30 and he said well I'm sorry without a receipt; I interrupted him and told him the lady never gave me a receipt it was a blonde headed lady. He said, well without the receipt; I said you calling me a liar? He said no ma'am but I need your receipt. I repeated myself again I said she never gave me a receipt. Well they always put a receipt in the bag said the Manager. I said, Well she didn't put one in my bag because I looked for it last night and I could not find it then I proceeded to tell him well that will be the last time I ever order from Popeyes since they have changed hands the chicken is sorry. I wouldn't even feed that to my dog then I hung up on him. So otherwise don't eat at Popeye's Chicken; they have the sorriest chicken on Earth, it's worse than Kentucky...

The chicken is great! I have been there to get 4 piece mixed, mild and asked for an extra breast multiple times. They even repeat the order because they cant believe I want an extra breast! Yet I recently ordered this, got home and discovered the first time I was shorted a piece of chicken from the mix. The other trip there they missed the extra breast! My husband threw out the receipts both times before I could get them. This is the Popeyes in Searcy. I dont even know how to fix this, I really cant but I went to the one in Batesville and got exactly what I ordered. Thats my go to now. No more Searcy unless they make this right but I dont expect them to. I rate alot. I may not like the food but Ive been honest. I was getting Popeyes every Thursday. When you get any food to go and youre exhausted you dont always think to check. I work to hard to deal with this but lesson learned. I check...
