I used to come to this Dunkin Daily, sometimes multiple times a day. I would walk in, and they would have my drink ready, all smiles. They were the best up until about 6 months ago. I had to stop coming for a couple of weeks because of vacations and trips. When I got back, everyone who worked there was seemingly gone. I ordered my usual and a crossaint, they messed up my drink and the crossaint was burnt. I chalked it up to the two new guys inside. They must have been training or something. I stopped again the next day, and the exact thing happened, I went inside to figure out what was going on. There were 2 gentlemen working the store (the same as the day before) , and neither of them spoke very good English, so I was unable to remedy the issue. I left, bad drink and burnt crossaint for the second time. I literally love dunkin, so of course, I thought 3rd times the charm, so I returned back for a third day thinking they couldn't possibly still be working, pulled up to the drive thru, and they were. I ordered again, and this time, they were out of crossaints, French crullers, and many donuts. They were also unable to make my drink. I ended up leaving. I left and did not return to this location for over a month. I was in a hurry and had no choice but to stop at this location, so I had placed a mobile order for only a drink, arrived waited in line for way to long, there were only 2 cars. I finally got to the window, and they handed me my drink. I grabbed it, and he said, "we are out of caramel, but I put vanilla in there instead." I replied, what? But he already shut the window and left the drive thru area. I didn't have time to go in as I was in a rush, it was horrible and I disposed of it once I got to work. I have been so disappointed in them that I rarely go back to this location and drive over 15mins out of my way to another location. I have tried to reach corporate or someone to see what has been happening, but no one returns my calls. The only thing that I can think of is they changed ownership and the previous staff was let go, as to why the decline of this location was so fast and so horrendous. Read moreThis used to be my favorite dunkin to go to, and as someone who gets dunkin for breakfast every day, this is very important. yesterday i received my loaded hashbrowns with no queso, had to park and walk in to get this fixed. they remade it and said my bad, then i went back today and got loaded hashbrowns again and they did not have any bacon on it! I parked and went inside and they gave me a cup of bacon that was half cooked so i could put it on myself. i wanted to say something that it wasn’t an acceptable way to makeup for that but there were a lot of people walking in and i got overwhelmed. i went back to my car and tried to eat it but it was inedible. i went back in and asked if i could please have it remade properly. they made it but still offered no real apology or compensation for the stress and i stood there crying as they made it. very disappointed and will not be coming back to...
Read moreOne star is too high of a rating for this store. I online ordered 3 refreshers, waited 10 minutes then arrived at the store. I immediately saw a drive through line wrapped around the building. When I walked in there were 2 girls working. I saw a pregnant girl set up my drinks, realize that there was no more lemonade, and then walk out leaving the other girl by herself. The other girl, Aly, is covering someone else’s shift and is from a different store. She’s been apologizing to customers for over 30 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous. Dunkin Haslet management, get your stuff together, i’m a regular here and haven’t seen one employee last longer than 6 months. No one should be left in a store at rush hour alone with no supplies, especially someone who just put in her two weeks, and hasn’t worked at this particular...
