McDonald's — Restaurant in Bath Charter Township

My wife stopped at this location and was told that it would be one moment. It is a 2 lane drive thru and the other lane continued to take cars while she waited patiently. After the fourth car was put in front of her she was finally able to place her order. She asked why so many others were helped before she was and the employee responds with "I am just trying to get through this line the same as everyone else is." I understand that during the rush the job can get hectic but that is a completely unacceptable and an unnecessary response to someone who just wants to be validated and apologized to especially from a manager. There is no reason why she could not have said I apologize for the wait and explained why so many others were put first. The food and drink was good but the service at this location is awful. The staff treated her like she was inconvenience instead of a paying customer. This incident happened at 10:18 pm and the only friendly person in the entire restaurant was the cashier who did a fantastic job and was very friendly...

At this point, shut it down! This McDonald’s is one of the worst in the area. Cold hash browns in the Morning, and cold french fries in the evening. The lady that works the speaker in the morning should NOT be working the window. She’s rude, makes rude faces, and her moods are unpredictable. Nobody should have to hope that someone isn’t working, when they go to your location. She’s been taking orders for way too long with the attitude she comes with. I think her name is Lisa, but of course, they are no longer made to wear name tags anymore, so I can’t be for sure. Do not go here after 4 p.m., any day of the week either. This is when all the teenagers are working and the food is not made with care or of quality. Food prices are way too high too get crap food & crap service! The only employee that should stay is the lady with the southern accent. Otherwise, fire the rest (including managers) and start over. I’ve been coming here for 8+ Years, and this year has been atrocious....

I like McDonald's, but this was not a good experience. Staff is very polite and friendly, but I think they are spreading themselves to thin. I guess they added bringing food too your table while dinning in.. for some reason. They give you a number and you set it on your table (like another fast food place I know of). When my food arrived while I was filling up my drink, I was handed the tray. Kind of odd, but fine. I informed the server the ketchup dispenser was empty. They replied thank you, I will fill it. It was not filled, and my fries were cold. I would guess they were shorthanded because of the crappy weather. My main complaint is towards the restaurant itself. They don't need table service, online ordering, or whatever they did to the menu displays(I knew what I wanted to order, but the actual menu wasn't a menu. BIG advertisement for special sandwich..tiny normal menu scattered around it). They need hot food, and ketchup. Would be one star, but the big...
